Please note that the swimming pool on the property has a depth of up to 4 meters.
For safety reasons, the pool is temporarily CLOSED to all guests.
Swimming, diving, or entering the pool is strictly prohibited until further notice.
This measure is in place to ensure the safety of all guests. Any use of the pool during this closure is not allowed and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, as well as liability for any damages or incidents.

---Quiet Hours and NO PARTY Policy---

This property is not suitable for parties or events. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Excessive noise may result in neighbors contacting management, security, or local authorities.

---Check-In and Check-Out---

Check-In: Instructions will be sent one day prior to your stay via a user-friendly link, which includes step-by-step instructions, images, and recommendations for nearby cafes and restaurants. Contact us if you encounter any difficulties.

Check-Out: Details will be provided one day before your departure. Please ensure to photograph the keys upon returning them as proof of check-out.

---Last-Minute Bookings---

For same-day bookings, we may not guarantee a 3 PM check-in due to cleaning schedules. Please notify us of your planned arrival time before making a last-minute booking.

--Early Check-In and Late Check-Out---

Early check-ins are subject to availability and must be requested at least one day in advance.
Late check-outs beyond 12 PM require prior approval and incur a half-day fee, payable through Airbnb by the evening before departure. Without approval, cleaning staff will begin work at 10 AM.

In the event of any contents being lost or damaged during your stay, through any act or omission by yourselves or any of your visitors, costs for repairing such damage will be charged to you.

● Unlock fee: $200 after office hours (after 5 pm on Mon- Fri, and all day on the weekend)

Fire safety
