The bedrooms are on either side of the lounge + both open to the balcony giving each other complete privacy.
Park your car in the dedicated security carspot, as youâre literally a minute away from a multitude of Restaurants, Bars, Shopping, Queen St Mall, Howard Smith Wharves + City centre
The space
The building is Aurora Towers & we manage this apartment exclusively, instead of the on-site management.
Set on the 23rd floor with local city vista, you can relax in comfort in the ducted air-conditioned or chill out on the balconyâŠ
Put your feet up with the Smart TV; set up a home office with the study nook + unlimited super-fast WiFi (100Mbps); or take a break from the others in the main bedroom with itâs own wall mounted Smart TV.
