Welcome to our home in Sunnybank Hills!

Enjoy a spacious and comfortable private master bedroom with your own ensuite bathroom!

The room is bright, clean, and set up to make you feel at home, with privacy from the rest of the house.

You’ll be staying in a shared home with a friendly family, but your room with an ensuite offers a great level of independence.

Located in Sunnybank Hills, just a short walk to local shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore Brisbane.

The space
Your private room is located right at the entrance of our home, with access through the main door. It has been thoughtfully set up to feel like your own self-contained space, offering comfort, convenience, and a sense of independence. The main entrance will be exclusively for your use during your stay, giving you a more private, studio-style experience (we may only need to access it occasionally if required).

Please note that access to other areas of the house, such as the kitchen, are not included. However, your room is fully equipped with everything you need for simple meals, including a mini fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, and more, all for your exclusive use.

For longer stays, we’re happy to offer a couple of loads of laundry if needed. A green laundry basket is provided, simply fill it and leave it outside the room.

Please let us know at least one day in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

Please let us know your estimated check-in and check-out times to help with planning. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on bookings before and after your stay. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, just let us know.

Parking
Parking is available in the driveway, on the grass, or on the street. All options are safe, and as we are located in a cul-de-sac, traffic is minimal.

Rubbish
Feel free to use the large bins located at the front of the house for any excess rubbish.

Public Transport
Our house is located just a 5-minute walk from main bus routes, with easy access to and from the city.

Shopping/Food
We are just a 5-minute walk from Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown and Calamvale Central, where you’ll find a wide range of cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets including Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, and more.
