Relax and appreciate the coolness of open plan living in this light and airy home. An Endless Summer Holiday House focuses on stylish family living, where entertaining is always a pleasure.

Comfy sofas, large smart TV and wi-fi allows guests to kick back and relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen has been stylishly renovated to include ample storage and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and gas cooktop. The spacious dining area with a 12 seater dining suite opens up to the covered deck complete with built in BBQ area and outdoor seating options. The deck is a great addition to the fully secured yard with space for the kids to play and pets to roam. The outdoor space offers a firepit, outdoor shower and, for the keen anglers, a fish bench to clean and prepare the catch of the day.

An Endless Summer Holiday House accommodates 10 guests with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, two with queen beds, another with a queen and a king single and the fourth bedroom offers 2 sets of king single bunks. Other features of this comfortable island home include large living spaces, 2 stylish fully tiled bathrooms, one with separate toilet and a covered outdoor entertaining area. All of this in a convenient location, moments from eateries and local amenities such as the enclosed swimming area, boat ramp and Amity General Store.

A sliding gate allows guests to store boats and other water toys safely in the yard, along with off-street parking for two vehicles at the front of the house. An Endless Summer Holiday House is a comfortable home away from home with everything you need to enjoy your island escape with family and friends.

Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An Endless Summer is a beautiful home and very well appointed. There is plenty of space for a large group. The deck and back yard are fantastic, you can bring the cars in off the road. Inside, the home is very nicely renovated and very comfortable. The bunk room is a little on the small side as we had teenagers but for smaller kids you probably wouldn’t notice. We only found out right near the end of our stay that we could have used the sleeper couch in the lounge. Overall though, an absolutely awesome house!
