Enter the studio into a tiled galley kitchen that comes equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, medium-sized fridge and combined washing machine/dryer. Note: this studio has no hotplate so cooking is microwave based. Beyond the kitchen, you’ll find the living/bedroom area featuring herringboned floor boards, ducted reverse-cycle aircon and plantation shutters to control the light flow. There’s a king sized bed, a large screen wall-mounted TV, an extendable table for dining, 2 chairs and a mirrored wardrobe. The studio’s bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower with a stylish frameless glass screen.

You can walk across the Brisbane River to the city’s Cultural Centre, the Queensland Performing Arts Centre and the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, all under 20 minutes away. Suncorp Stadium and Street Beach are 25 minutes away on foot.
