Ideally located and privately managed by Maisonnets, it is just a short stroll from Queen Street Mall, the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, Suncorp Stadium, and South Bank. For your commuting needs, Brisbaneâs Central Train Station is right across the road, with bus and ferry services conveniently close by.
The Space:
Enter the apartment into a hallway that leads to a galley-style kitchen with tiled flooring, a 2-burner electric hotplate, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and a medium-sized fridge. The kitchen then flows through to the living /dining area, featuring stylish herringboned floor boards, ducted reverse-cycle aircon and plantation shutters to control the light flow. A table folds up from the wall and can be used as a table for 2 people or a work station, while the coffee table also folds up to be used for working or dining while watching the large âSmart â TV. The sofa can be converted into a bed, bringing the sleeping capacity of the apartment to 4 people if needed.
Youâll find the bedroom off the entrance with more herringboned floorboards, a queen sized bed, wall-mounted TV, and large wardrobe. The apartmentâs bathroom comes with a large shower recess, stylish tiling and a combined washing machine/dryer.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in the heart of Brisbaneâs CBD (Downtown), youâre in the perfect location, walking distance to the best the city has to offer. Shop to your heartâs content in Queen Street Mall, 5 minutes stroll away, or picnic in the Botanic Gardens, just 10 minutes on foot. You can walk across the Brisbane River to the cityâs Cultural Centre, the Queensland Performing Arts Centre and the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, all under 20 minutes away. Suncorp Stadium and Street Beach are 25 minutes away on foot. Catch the ferry to Kangaroo Point for a beautiful sunset stroll, train to Fortitude Valley for upmarket cafes and boutique shopping or jump on the bus to West End for Brisbaneâs best nightlife.
Getting Around:
This is an ideal location for public transport with Brisbaneâs Central Railway Station just across the road. Bus and ferry services are also close at hand.

* **Check-in Process:** Our concierge will meet you upon arrival. As they do not live on-site, please let us know your arrival time well in advance. The concierge's details will be sent to you 2 to 3 days before your check in day provided your Truvi ID verification has been successfully completed. Note: a $40 fee applies for check-ins after 8 pm.
* **Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.
