Our home is not suitable for parties and events. The neighbour will call either me, our local security patrol or the police if noise is excessive after 10pm.

We usually need at least a day to arrange cleaning and inform our cleaners special check-in requirements. If you have made a same day booking, we cannot ensure you a 3pm check in. However we will try our best to accommodate your request, therefore drop us a message before you make a last minute booking and let us know your planned arrival time!

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS

Unlike hotels, we do not have an onsite cleaning service and our cleaners usually make their schedule a day before. We have a standard check in time of 3pm which ensures that our cleaners have enough time to make our home nice and clean for your stay! If you need an early check in, please contact me at least a day before your planned arrival day and we will try our best to accommodate your request! Unfortunately we will not be able to guarantee any early check in request on the day of your arrival, thank you for your understanding in advance!

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS

We understand that sometimes you really enjoy your time here with us and would like stay a little longer! However, we sometimes have guests coming to stay on the same day you check out and unlike hotels, we do not have alternative rooms for them! Therefore it is important that all late check out requests should be made AT LEAST THE NIGHT before your departure to ensure that our cleaners have plenty of time to finish their work! If you need to check out after 12pm, an extra HALF DAY rate will be charged through Airbnb and the payment must be made on and before the night you check out for your request to be approved. We will not accommodate late check out requests on the day of your departure. Without a late check out confirmation, our cleaner will commence their work at 10am and they will have access to our property for housekeeping.

STARTER SUPPLIES

We provide all our guests with essential starter supplies to make your stay more enjoyable. Complimentary supplies include: 1 set of bed linens for each bed, 2 towels per double/queen/king bed, 1 towel per single/sofa bed, 1 tea towel, coffee + tea + sugar + milk, 2 toilet rolls per toilet, 1 bath mat, 2 hand towels and shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bodywash per bathroom. There are also a few other cooking supplies provided in our kitchen. Please note these supplies are not intended to last for the whole duration of your stay but are provided to avoid the need to rush to supermarkets immediately after your arrival. If you need extra supplies, please arrange with us prior to your stay to avoid delivery costs! If you would like to request mid-stay supply delivery, please contact us and we are more than happy to help!

Please make sure to book for the actual number of guests so that linens & towels can be provided for all!

They are both available upon request at a cost of $40 which can be paid through Airbnb. Once payment is received, we will arrange them to be set up for you. We provide regular sheets to our cot and it will be made for you. It is also recommended that you bring your own fabrics to protect the sensitive and delicate skin of your baby!

Before anything else, I would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.

RULE 1: Please respect check in and out times.
❑ The standard check-out time is 10am. There are absolutely no exceptions unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking. For any unauthorized late check-out, a $50/hr late check-out fee will apply.
❑ Under no circumstances can check-outs be later than noon (12pm), as other guests are arriving and the space must be cleaned — Any unauthorized late check-out beyond this time will result to a fee equivalent to a day’s base rate without discounts (NOTE: This fee will not mean possession of the property for the day, this is the fee for over-staying for more than 2 hours without permission)

RULE 2: No parties or events allowed
❑ Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule will result in eviction without refund.

RULE 3: No smoking allowed.
❑ Smoking inside the property is prohibited and will result an additional charge of over $250. This is as the smell will need to be treated professionally and the room deodorized.

RULE 4: No pets allowed.
❑ Strictly no pets allowed. We absolutely love pets but due to hygienic and health reason/s, we are unable to accommodate them in my property. Violation of this rule will result an additional cleaning fee equivalent to the cleaning fee in your booking as the housekeepers will need to do extra work.

RULE 5: Please respect the noise curfew.
❑ Quiet hours are between 10pm – 8am seven days a week. A noise complaint during these hours will result in eviction without refund.

RULE 6: Please report damages or left behind items.

We had a great couple of nights here!Although the booking process was a little involved in regards to validating I.D. etc, it all flowed well.The key collection was easy from the lock box, and the room fine for our stay.Great value for money & we will return.

We were very disappointed in the information we received from the host, room needs a lot of maintenance, we had sent through all that was required, I thought the information that was required was over the top . Bathrooms need maintenance, when the light is on in the main bathroom a noise comes through the main bedroom ensuite vent, it sounds like trucks are driving past .we arrived at the hotel and it took us an hour and a half to get into our room . No information on parking or how to get the keys to the room was provided, had to call host to find out our parking space and to get keys as wasn’t given to us We were very disappointed with the lack of information given to us, even though everything was paid and personal information sent through as requested which was over the top , we have never before had to jump through so many issues to book an apartment. Would not recommend this host again, the reception at the hotel would not help in any way, we can understand this as it was a private booking. We thought when was booked it was from the hotel itself not privately. I think they should check out the apartment and update any maintenance that needs doing.

Big disappointment

The 3rd bedroom is an enclosed balcony where the windows don’t even close and being on the 28th floor you are subjected to high winds - when it rains this room gets soaked. No plug points no cupboards no mirror in this room. When collecting the key at the EzyMart you don’t get a lock box they hand you the key stating the lockbox hasn’t worked for months. Second bedroom with single beds one duvet had urine stains and didn’t smell good also the duvets are double bed and folded over to make single size. One of the single beds was obviously broken as different height and had lost its feet. The one arm of couch was broken and the dining room chairs have got stains on them. Crockery was a mismatch. Over sold under delivered! Not impressed
