- To access the on-site parking, use the parking entrance on the right side of the building at 293 North Quay Rd. Just swipe your card to gain access to the parking area. Unlike others in the building, you have a guaranteed parking spot.

- There is a guest laundry located on Basement level 1. Change for the machines and laundry powder is available from Reception.
