Beautiful ground floor unit in Central Point Lookout
Welcome to Snappers on Straddie, a boutique 5 unit complex in the heart of Point Lookout. Positioned at the front of the complex on the ground level this unit boasts 100sqm of internal space with polished concrete floors. The unit has a large open plan living/dining area with air-conditioning and there is a chef's kitchen with Island timber bench tops. The bedroom has a queen size bed and there are also two single beds in the living area. The unit opens out onto a relaxing garden area with a BBQ and outdoor seating for your use. Please note that the garden area is used by other guests for access to the other apartments.
At the front of the property there is a communal laundry with washing machine and dryer, a storage area for the surf boards and beach toys as well as an outdoor hot/cold shower for guests to rinse off after a day at the beach. Positioned close to a bus stop and an easy walk to all beaches and local shops, you wonât need to bring the car. There is a pedestrian gate to the right of the property that provides access to an easement which leads to Frenchmanâs and Deadmanâs Beach via the Whale Track. There is also access to free street parking.
