Monday to Saturday: 7 PM to 7 AM
Sunday & Public Holidays: 7 PM to 8 AM
No Smoking:
This property is strictly non-smoking. If the fire alarm is triggered due to smoking, there may be a fee of up to $1,500 from the fire department. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe!
No Pets:
While we love animals, pets are not allowed due to allergies and other considerations.
Respect the Environment:
Please help us keep the property tidy by disposing of waste properly and avoiding littering out of windows.
Keys:
Youâll receive one set of keys. If an extra set is needed, please let us know, and weâll do our best to assist. Lost keys incur a $250 replacement fee plus locksmith charges and GST.
After-Hours Lockout Fees:
Please keep keys and access cards with you, as weâre unavailable onsite after hours. If you get locked out, the following call-out fees apply:
4 PM to 7 PM: $55
7 PM to 10 PM: $80
After 10 PM - 9 AM: $120 (subject to availability)
