Delightful, newly renovated modern penthouse located on the second and top floor (without an elevator) of an early 20th-century building in the center of Brindisi. A private terrace is ideal for spending warm summer evenings.
The location is very convenient and central, just a 4-minute walk from the train and bus stations, allowing easy access to all the province's most popular destinations and Brindisi Airport.
It comprises a large central open-plan area with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a bright French window overlooking the approximately 40 square meter private terrace, furnished with a pergola, table, outdoor chairs, and two loungers for relaxing on warm spring and summer evenings, which in our area last from April to October.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a double-door sliding wardrobe for storing your clothes.
A spacious and elegant bathroom with a large shower and all the amenities is complemented by a small balcony used as a laundry room with a state-of-the-art washing machine.
Linens and towels are provided for every stay.
