This cozy and well-appointed home is perfect for families, friends, or small groups seeking a relaxing mountain getaway. The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home accommodates up to 8 guests and combines comfort, entertainment, and outdoor relaxation

The game room adds an extra layer of fun, with a classic arcade console boasting over 300 games and a shuffleboard table. Outdoors, enjoy the covered patio with seating, a hot tub, a grill, and a fire pit—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the location, with its proximity to skiing, hiking, and the natural beauty of Mt Hood.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, boot dryers, and pet-friendly accommodations (up to 2 dogs).

A Note About the Property:
Our home is a cozy duplex, with one shared wall, offering a private and comfortable stay. Please note that our street does experience some traffic, so there may be occasional road noise. Additionally, being out of the big city, you'll enjoy the peaceful charm of countryside, where you may hear the occasional crow of roosters or the sounds of nature, adding to the rustic ambiance of the area. We hope these unique features help make your stay feel more connected to the local environment!

Please note, the home does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided in each bedroom for your comfort.

Pet Policy:
We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs (max weight 50 lbs each, no pit or pit mixes) during your stay ($75 fee per dog). Please note that our yard is not fenced, so we kindly ask that pets are kept on a leash when outside. We hope your furry friends enjoy the space as much as you do! Dog waste must be cleaned up (we provide baggies). Any dog waste left in the yard will require an additional $175 fee. If you are bringing your furry friend, please notify the host at the time of your reservation.

For your safety, a security camera is installed above the front door facing toward the driveway. This camera is motion activated and will capture audio and images outside of the home, including guests entering and exiting the property.

No smoking inside the home. Guests will be fined for smoking.

Occupancy: Up to 8

Age: Must be a minimum age of 21 to book.

Rental agreement: Must sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.

Security deposit: We require a fully refundable $300 security HOLD that will be returned within 3 days after check-out, if no damages are reported.

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Please notify us of any issues you have with the home within the first hour of checking in or immediately upon incident.

No smoking: Smoking is not allowed. There will be a fine for violation.

Garbage: Up to 3 bags can be left or what can fit in the large outside cans. Extra garbage will result in a fee.

Dog Friendly: Up to 2 dogs (max weight 50 lbs each) with a $75 per dog fee. Dog waste must be cleaned up, any dog waste left in the yard will require an additional $175 fee. You must notify host at time of booking if you are bringing a dog. An undisclosed dog will incur a fine.

Parking: 4 car maximum

General: No parties

General: Quiet time 10:00 pm - 7:00 am, no parties. Strictly enforced by Clackamas County.
