Trendy Central 1 Bed Flat with Roof Terrace
Central flat in the trendy North Laine area of Brighton. The perfect home away from home suitable for couples, and solo travelers. The apartment is above our bead and jewellery shop. The open plan kitchen / lounge at the front of the property overlooks Sydney Street. A small table and chairs by the window allows you to enjoy the view of Sydney Street and soak up the vibrant atmosphere.

During our out of office hours we will only be responding to emergencies - please call if you have an emergency. If you send a message or email outside of our office hours, this will be responded to when the office reopens.
Upon booking this property, an Air Home Lets representative will contact you to verify your identity. They will need to check your Government backed identification matches the card holder information used to make the booking payment. Please note, the card holder must also be present with their Government backed identification at the time of check in.
The street is lined with lots of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. You are right in the heart of Brighton. The apartment is bright and newly decorated and furnished. The bedroom is at the back of the building and opens up on to a sunny roof terrace, a great place to chill out before you head out to explore the surrounding area.
You will love staying here if you wish to experience Brighton at its best. You are surrounded by quirky independent shops, local pubs and amazing restaurantâs.
Guest have use and access to the entire apartment.
You have the entire apartment to yourself, as well as a patio terrace for the duration of your stay.
If you are two guests but require the extra bedding for the sofa bed, you will need to select the ÂŁ20 extra person fee. This is just to cover the cost of the extra laundry required.
Travelling by train: You are a short 10 minute walk from Brighton Station. Please exit Brighton Station to the main exit, head down Trafalgar street, under the tunnel and take your 7th left onto Sydney Street. You will find the flat on the left hand side.
Travelling by car: There is some paid for on street parking however, you are limited to a maximum of a few hours parking at any one time. For long stays we suggest parking at either the NCP carpark on North Road, a short 5-10 minute walk, or Trafalgar street car park which is a short 5 minuets around the corner.
Due to the central location of the property you can travel by foot all around Brighton and to the seafront, you can even take a stroll into central Brighton! Busses run very frequently into Hove and the surrounding areas too.

No parties or unauthorised guests
For stays over 2 weeks, we arrange a mid-stay clean to keep the property fresh and comfortable. This will be charged separately, and weâll be in touch after booking to arrange this with you.
