Just a 15-minute walk from the famous North Lanes and the beach, it’s also close to Queen’s Park and Kemptown, offering a mix of local bars, shops, and attractions.

This spacious self-catering holiday home features five large, beautifully designed themed bedrooms, perfect for groups of up to 12 guests. Each room is uniquely styled with boutique touches, ensuring a memorable stay. Whether you’re seeking the glamorous ambiance of Hollywood, the peaceful vibes of Buddha, or the chic atmosphere of Paris, there’s something for everyone.

Hollywood Room: Glamorous and stylish, this room can be configured with a king-sized bed (or two singles). It features iconic Hollywood actor wallpaper, a bay window, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table with lamp, and a Hollywood-style desk/make-up station surrounded by lights, adding to the room’s star-studded charm.

Paris Room: This charming room offers a king-sized bed (or two singles), an original fireplace, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside table with lamp. The cream and yellow tones, paired with Paris-inspired wallpaper, create a cozy, romantic atmosphere. It also includes a desk/make-up station, perfect for getting ready in style.

Buddha Room: Warm tones of orange and gold, along with a stunning Buddha and goldfish mural, make this room feel peaceful and serene. It also features a king-sized bed (or two singles), bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, desk/make-up station, and a bay window. The original fireplace adds character, completing the tranquil atmosphere.

Disco Room: With wonderful views over the South Downs, this room features a lovely double bed, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, desk/make-up station, and chest of drawers. The original fireplace adds character, complementing the energetic vibe of the room.

Beach Room: This room is a tropical escape with a mural of an exotic beach, a double bed, bedside table with lamp, a folding table, sofa, and double patio doors leading to a small enclosed terrace with hanging rail, chest of drawers and views over the neighborhood gardens.

Cube Beds: Two compfortable cube beds are available, one in the Hollywood Room, one in the Disco Room, adding 2 exra beds when a group of 12 are staying with us.

Main Bathroom (Upstairs): Unwind in the comfortable bathroom, which includes a bath, shower, toilet, and wash basin.

Separate Shower Room (Downstairs): Perfect for when everyone needs to get ready at once, this separate shower room provides an additional shower.

Cloakroom (Downstairs): A small cloakroom with a toilet and wash basin is available downstairs for extra convenience.

Laundry Area (Upstairs): Situated upstairs, the laundry area is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, making it easy to take care of laundry during your stay.

Kitchen / Dining Area: The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen features a very large American-style fridge-freezer, a five-burner range cooker, oven, and dishwasher, as well as all the cooking utensils you'll need for a home-cooked meal. A breakfast bar with seating is perfect for casual dining, and there's a TV to keep you entertained while you cook. Each room has its own designated food storage cupboard, and the breakfast bar area includes convenient USB charging ports.
