Welcome to our beloved home - your perfect place for Brighton Festival and Brighton Fringe in the heart of Brighton Central! This beautiful and modern two-bedroom apartment (sleeps up to 6) boasts an unbeatable location.



Featuring beautiful interiors and a trendy ambiance, the space is perfect for friends, families, or work stays.



We can potentially host up to 10 guests across two flats in the same property - be sure to inquire early due to limited availability.



The Space:

Stylish & Tranquil Apartment in Prime Location:

Located on the 2nd floor of a charming building, the flat is reached via a short staircase (around 20–30 seconds) - just enough to earn your welcome treats at the top. The slightly elevated position means brighter rooms, a bit more privacy, and nicer views, while the central location brings a touch of Brighton’s evening buzz. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime, keeping you connected and entertained.



Relaxing Living & Dining Space:

The stylish living and dining area is ideal for unwinding or spending time with loved ones. Share meals, stream your favorite shows, or relax with a book in a space designed to feel like home. The living area also features a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, making this apartment ideal for families and groups.



Well-Equipped Kitchen:

The fully fitted kitchen includes all the essentials: crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cookware. Complete with a microwave, washing machine, and ample counter space, it’s perfect for preparing meals during short or extended stays.

Please Note:

1. This property requires stair access, which may limit suitability for individuals with mobility concerns.

2. Only one parking space is available at the property on first come first serve basis and the same is shared amongst 4 flats and a shop. It is managed by the landlord and is outside our control. Landlord charges ÂŁ20 per day (not per night). e.g. for 1 night stay, it would be ÂŁ40.



Guest Access:

- You’ll have private access to the entire apartment via a lockbox for self check-in.

- Please note, the lead guest for group bookings must be aged 25 or older.

- Unbeatable Location in Brighton Central - You’ll have the Brighton Central beachfront at your doorstep, plus easy access to fantastic transport links. Pool Valley Coach Station, serving National Express Coaches and major local bus routes, is moments away. Brighton Train Station is just a 10-minute walk, or hop on a bus that stops directly outside the flat every two minutes.

Getting Around:

1. Brighton Palace Pier: A 6-7 minute walk (508 meters) from here. This classic Victorian seaside experience is famous for its amusement rides, arcades, and food stalls. Extending 1,722 feet into the sea, the pier attracts over 4 million visitors annually, making it a quintessential Brighton attraction.

2. Brighton Beach: A 3-4 minute walk (275 meters) from your location. Brighton Beach is an iconic pebble beach known for its vibrant atmosphere and stunning views. The beach, a mix of natural shingle and imported pebbles, offers miles of accessible beachfront, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze.

3. Brighton i360: A 14-minute walk (0.6 miles) from here. The Brighton i360 is a 162-metre tall observation tower on the seafront, offering panoramic views of Brighton, the South Coast and the English Channel.

4. Royal Pavilion: Approximately a 2-3 minute walk (145 meters) from here. This is a central location, so access is very easy. The Royal Pavilion is renowned for its extravagant Indo-Saracenic architecture and opulent interiors. Built as a seaside pleasure palace for King George IV, this iconic landmark features over 100 restored rooms. It attracts over 400,000 visitors annually, making it a must-see for anyone visiting Brighton.

5. The Lanes: Just a short 2-3 minute stroll (153 meters) away, again in a central location. The Lanes are famous for their charming, narrow alleyways filled with independent shops, boutiques, and cafes. 8. North Laine: Slightly beyond the 500-meter range, but included due to its proximity and popularity. North Laine is known as Brighton's cultural quarter, it's famous for its independent shops, cafes, and street art.

9. Brighton Museum & Art Gallery: About a 3-minute walk (225 meters). The Brighton Museum & Art Gallery is famous for its diverse collections, including fine art, decorative art, and local history. It houses thousands of artifacts.

10. Brighton Zip: A 5-6 minute walk (397 meters). Brighton Zip offers a thrilling zip line experience. As the longest zip wire on the south coast, reaching 30 meters in height, it provides exciting views of the coastline.

11. Upside Down House Brighton: Also slightly beyond the 500 meter range, but included because of it's proximity and popularity. The Upside Down House Brighton is famous for providing unique and fun photo opportunities. Everything is upside down inside, and is a very popular attraction.

12. Brighton Centre: A 6-7 minute walk (541 meters). The Brighton Centre is famous for hosting major events, concerts, and conferences. As a large, multi-purpose venue on the seafront, it plays an important role in Brighton's entertainment scene.

13. Victoria Gardens: A 4-5 minute walk (379 meters). Victoria Gardens is a peaceful green space in the heart of the city, offering a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It's a great place to sit and watch people.

14. Brighton Fishing Museum: A 3-4 minute walk (274 meters). The Brighton Fishing Museum is famous for showcasing Brighton's fishing heritage. Located in the arches under the seafront promenade, it provides insight into the city's maritime history.

Clean and nice in perfect location

We stayed for a long weekend as friends and it was the perfect space. Nice flat, clean tidy, couldn't fault it. Located right close to bars, shops and pier Will likely stay here again in the future.
