Offering plenty of space for 2 families in the main house sleeping 8, you can expand your group to the additional add-on rooms comfortably sleeping a total of 14 guests.

With several living areas to allow space and comfort, enjoy 3 indoor living zones and several outdoor areas including an undercover al fresco area and fantastic kids cubby. The roomy, fully equipped kitchen makes feeding the clan a breeze, or BBQ on the front deck with lovely views an open spaces.

The divided open plan living areas are ideal for a red wine by the enclosed fire in winter, watching Foxtel footy as the kids play happily. Several toys books are supplied for your use. In Summer, enjoy the lounge on the deck and relax in air conditioned comfort.

A large master bedroom features a king bed ensuite. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single bunks (4 beds) which the little ones will love.

For a group larger than 9 we can open extra bedrooms! 1 bedroom features a queen bed, the other a queen bed single bunk (2 beds). Great for an additional family or friends wanting more privacy.

Other bonuses are full laundry facilities and amenities for infants, like a high chair portacot.
