🔸Experience paradise firsthand at our Lake Mason waterfront home that serves as a luxury retreat for families & large groups. Bring your own boat to enjoy fishing and boating, or soak in the scenic views from our 2nd level deck. Lake Mason is 850 acres and ideal for fishing and boating activities.



🔹As you walk in, you'll be greeted by massive floor to ceiling windows showcasing the stunning waterfront views from the living room. The living room hosts a large sectional couch and serves as a focal point of the home.



🔸Steps away is the dining room that comfortably seats 10 the table and 4 at the island. Food lovers will appreciate the fully stocked kitchen w/ a large island, barstool seating, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, high chairs and kids dinnerware.



🔹After brewing your complimentary coffee or heating some tea, you can step outside onto the 2,800 sq/ft deck overlooking Mason Lake. On the deck, you can find outdoor lounge seating, dining table, and gas fire pit.



🔸From the deck, you can also access the back yard where you'll be able to soak in the peace and beauty, launch your kayak or paddle board into the water or swim/fish from the pier. You can tie your boat to the dock during your stay



🔹Let's head back inside and to the entertainment areas. Stepping down into the lower level, you'll find a game room with a pool table, air hockey, ski-ball table, and smart TV. You'll also see two bedrooms and one full bathroom



🔸To the upstairs we go, you'll have four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large kids play area.

The Neighborhood:

Rural area that is 10 min from downtown. The property is located on Mason Lake, off a busy road. The driveway is 1/4 mile long so you do not hear any road noise, but the road itself is not recommended to walk on.



Getting Around:

Vehicle or boat will be your best form of transportation. You can dock your boat at the house.



Other Things to Note:

🔸The Lake Mason Public Boat Launch is 1/2 mile from our property.



🔹While you may be visiting, your actions during your stay are permanent to the neighborhood and potentially our business. We kindly ask you to be respectful of quiet hours from 10 PM - 7 AM. That means no yelling, screaming, or loud music outside during these hours. Noise travels further than you may think :)



🔸Pets are not allowed, we apologize for this inconvenience.
