The house is close to the New Town and beaches and walking is flat and easy and there are bus stops nearby and taxis are available throughout the day and evening.

Set in the Historic Old Town, surrounded by character, history, and great places to eat and drink.

Some nearby pubs can be lively, especially on warm weekends — ideal if you enjoy the atmosphere.

Occasional building work next door, but this rarely affects guests.

There is some intermittent building work happening next door, but this should not impact your stay.

Set in the Historic Old Town of Bridlington with numerous pubs, shops and restaurants. Enjoy the 12th century Bayle Museum leading to the Bridlington Priory, a stunning church.

Due to the location you can expect some noise from the nearby pubs.

Bridlington Old Town offers antique shops, a tea room, plus lots of quaint buildings and shops to browse.

Bridlington New Town is a short distance away with a massive choice of eateries, places for a drink and plenty of shops.

New Woodland area adds to the Easter fun and activities at Sewerby Hall and Gardens.

Steve and Emma were excellent hosts, communication was clear and in good time.The house itself was fab, a very cosy home from home. They've really thought about what families will need during their stay and have provided everything you would want. We were particularly grateful for the fresh bread, milk, butter, and preserves. Parking is easy and secure behind large gates. There are a good selection of eateries within walking distance and a very comprehensive welcome folder with many takeaway menus. Although the kitchen is well equipped should you wish to cook.Be aware that the sea front is a 30 minute schlep, but it's not too bad if you're reasonably fit.

Easy check in , lovely property with all amenities and tea , coffee, bread , butter , milk etc. very clean. Very short walk to main road with a variety of shops and pubs . Perfect base

We were a band playing at the pub next door, so this was a perfect base for us. Very clean and tidy and all the essentials were provided for us on arrival, tea, coffee, milk, bread, etc. Great communication from the hosts. Well recommended.

Old Town Bridlington

Well presented clean property away from the Hustle and Bustle of the main town centre . Off road parking a bonus , nice enclosed garden area . 5 minute walk to the bus service into Bridlington . A choice of Pubs and restaurants within a ten minute walking radius . Shops / Supermarket 3 - 4 minute drive away For us a perfect peaceful location nicely off the beaten track but within easy striking distance of the Main Town when the beach or harbour was the order of the day . Thanks for a relaxing break
