The Space:

Description

Welcome to Slopeside at Pioneer Lift, a true ski-in/ski-out mountain retreat in the center of the Brian

Head Resort. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo offers a comfortable stay for 10 guests where

skiers enjoy direct access to “First Time”, a beginner ski run at the resort. Whether you’re skiing in for a

quick bite, or at the end of the day, having a true ski-in and ski-out property will make your adventure

more enjoyable. Use the on-site equipment locker to conveniently store gear including skis and

snowboards. Brian Head Resort is home to several year-round activities for the entire family. The

property is nestled in the trees and gives you the feel of a secluded cabin in the woods; while keeping

you close to ski runs, hiking, and mountain biking trails.

Two Living Areas

The open floor plan with warm wood floors and log cabin pillars add to the rustic feel while connecting

the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A traditional wood burning fireplace in the main living area provides

a cozy warm look and feel with the crackling logs, glowing embers and smell of burning wood. Those

who are seated on the oversized sectional sofa will also enjoy a glowing electric fireplace that adds heat

and ambiance, while enjoying movie night on the 75” smart TV, making this space perfect for family

gatherings and entertainment. The living area provides access to a private deck that includes outdoor

seating, gorgeous winter and summer views, and a Weber gas grill for preparing meals outdoors. The

kitchen is thoughtfully designed with natural wood cabinets, a large butcher-block island, a copper

farmhouse sink, and granite countertops. Bakers will love the dual convection ovens and large prep area.

Meals may be served at the live edge dining table that comfortably seats eight and bar stool seating for



six. The dining room features a large window framing the breathtaking alpine views, and bustling apres-

ski scene during the winter.



On the second level, a spacious loft features a comfy sectional sofa, electric fireplace, and 75” smart TV,

allowing guests to enjoy two living spaces on different levels. The hardwood vaulted ceilings and skylight

bring natural light and charm to this cozy loft.

Mater Suite, Queen Room, and Family Guest Room

The first level offers a master suite including a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. The electric fireplace

adds a warm touch, and The Frame TV adds sophistication to this inviting space. This floor also provides

an additional full bath with a tub/shower combo and double vanity.

The second level offers two guest bedrooms. The Queen Room is beautifully decorated and features a

queen-sized bed and smart TV. The Family Guest Room sleeps six and is perfect for children and teens,

featuring a queen-sized bed, twin-sized bunk bed, and two twin beds. This room is equipped with an

electric fireplace and smart TV.

Exceptional Extras

The Slopeside at Pioneer Lift is equipped with modern amenities, including both wood burning and

electric fireplaces with multiple color modes, flame settings, and a powerful heating output. Heating can

be controlled individually to set each room to your ideal comfort level. For entertainment, the condo

includes the latest in high-speed StarLink internet, Direct TV, and smart TVs featuring your favorite



streaming apps. A laundry room is located on the second level with a full washer and dryer. A ski locker is

conveniently located on the first level of the building allowing guests easy access to store their gear.

We love staying at this property! It was right on the Navajo slope, easily accessible, so clean, with all of the amenities needed. We also loved the fireplaces in every room and the balcony that looked out over the slopes.

We were shocked at how clean this property was. no dust anywhere to be found. Immaculate. The view of the mountains is stunning and the tall cluster of aspens right outside the balcony made for a perfect scene with the sunset sparkling through the large windows with the mountain backdrop. This will be our family getaway for years to come.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. It is a great location with the ski run right out your back door. It is a true ski-in ski-out property. Dreamy Family Vacation

Everything about our stay was perfection! Spacious accommodations for my husband and I, and our adult children and their partners. Everyone could come and go as they pleased, with access to Navajo right outside the door. The large, functional kitchen made meal prep easy, and the big dining table made after dinner game sessions lively and fun! We have stayed at 5+ places in Brian Head over the years - this was by far the best. I will only plan trips around when this property is available. The only thing that would have made it better is if I could have brought my dog :)

Great Brain Head family condo!

This condo was exactly as advertised in the listing pictures. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 2 families. We had 4 adults and 4 kids, the kids room was great with plenty of beds and room for them to hang out, we especially appreciated having 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Perfect location to ski out. We would definitely stay here again.

Location Location Location!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 8. The kids loved the upstairs area away from the adults. The kitchen was seamless to cook in- loved the double oven. There was no propane to grill so the oven was well used. No additional trash bags so keep that in mind if you are staying for more than 3-4 days. There is a small path just below the deck which we used to ski right onto the bunny slope and to get back we were able to go up with the bunny slope or down Paradise and across. It was so perfect. We talked to a few neighbors and really liked the community feel to this location. The size of the condo and layout were really perfect for our group. Would absolutely recommend to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The only issue was a pretty significant roof leak that had to be emptied multiple times a day. This was due to the large amount of snow and the melt that was occurring. Other that it was great.

Clean and Cozy Ski-in Ski-out

This condo was clean, cozy, and well-stocked. It was incredibly spacious with enough room for 3 adults, 3 teens, and 3 children. It was glorious to be able to ski in and out, and the condo had a beautiful view of the slopes. The only negative was the little road in and out of the property. We got a lot of snow and we were nervous on that little road, as we saw a truck stuck on our first day. Otherwise, perfect stay!

This was the perfect getaway location. The condo is so roomie, can easily sleep 10 and that’s not using any couches. Plenty of seating both upstairs and down. Big, beautiful kitchen. Great location close to Navajo and Giant steps. Would definitely recommend.
