Welcome to Aspen Summit Retreat, a luxurious and spacious property that offers the perfect getaway for large groups. As you step inside the property, you will first find a mudroom area, which leads you to the first floor. This floor boasts an open-concept living room with ample seating options and a large custom-made wood dining table that comfortably seats up to 12 guests. The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and the kitchen island offers additional seating for up to 6 guests. On the first floor, you will also find a powder room located near the dining area.

As you head upstairs, you will discover a beautiful king bedroom, a laundry room, and a full bathroom. The highlight of this floor is the game room, which offers entertainment for all ages, including a basketball arcade game, a ping pong table, a large 65` smart TV mounted on the wall, a PS4, and a cozy couch. The master bedroom is also located on this floor, complete with a California king bed, a 65` smart TV mounted on the wall and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. The master bedroom features a dresser and trundle bed, with 2 single sized beds.

The upstairs of Aspen Summit Retreat features a full bathroom, a king bedroom, and a large bedroom/loft area on a slightly higher level that includes two king bunk beds, each with a single bed above and a trundle below, providing sleeping space for up to 10 guests. This spacious loft area also offers a TV, a foosball table, a comfortable couch, and plenty of board games. Children`s books and toys can be found in the dresser below the TV in this room.

Aspen Summit Retreat also features a balcony with seating for up to 6 guests and a propane grill, perfect for outdoor dining and taking in the stunning views. Please note that the property is currently undergoing additional upgrades to enhance the luxurious experience for guests, and the photos in the listing will be updated as soon as the additions are complete.
