Positioned directly across from the Cape Cod Rail Trail and just steps from Seymour Pond, guests have immediate access to biking, walking, and freshwater activities right outside the door.

Ideal for those who enjoy being active, the setting makes it easy to spend your days paddling, swimming, or exploring miles of scenic trails stretching from Harwich to Provincetown. Bring your kayak, paddleboard, or canoe and take full advantage of the pond, or hop on a bike and experience one of Cape Cod’s most iconic paths.

Inside, the home is designed for comfort and gathering. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals, from everyday essentials to a lobster pot for classic Cape Cod dinners. The layout includes four bedrooms—two with king beds, one with a double, and one with two twins—offering flexible accommodations for families or groups. Central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable throughout the summer months.

Multiple living spaces provide room to spread out, including a bright three-season room that’s perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The bedrooms are spacious and the two living rooms enable some to watch television and others to read without being on top of each other. The back deck and sun room are perfect for afternoon and evening games and cocktails. Over all the property is well maintained. A great location with easy access to the bike trail, beaches, Harwich, Brewster as well as Route 6 and 6A.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was good. Very convenient and the pond across the street is good for swimming, Walking trails nearby. The house was clean enough. I’m a clean freak and it was adequate. Bringing your own sheets and towels was a inconvenience. We were there for a wedding and drove but it I was flying, that would not be possible. The yard and enclosed porch were nice. The owners could remove some of the decorative items. Way too much stuff in the house and no room to put anything. Very cluttered. I would rent again but prefer a house that offers linens.

Stairs, stairs, stairs !

Plus: 1. Comfy furniture and beds. 2. Centrally located, near RT 6. 3. Walk to bike path and pond swimming. Minus: 1. Main living space is on 2nd level and a dozen steep stairs. 2. Additional beds are on 3rd level, another dozen steep stairs. 3. Property description should be more explicit about how difficult this property is for people with mobility challenges. 4. Had to go out and buy sheets, towels, trash bags, paper towels. 5. The septic system hadn’t been maintained/pumped and completely backed up into showers, laundry room wall and garage. 6. The TV’s were vintage to say the least. 7. Kitchen faucet had steady leak. 8. Back patio needed sweeping/was dirty. I would not rent this property again. I had to apologize to my brother who was on crutches. He had to use the back door as the stairs were too difficult. There are no beds on the ground floor.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very mixed experience with this rental. We never were in the ground floor, as the room was very musty and would have triggered my wife’s allergies.The middle floor was great for us and we did virtually all of our activities there. The kitchen, dining room and rear porch were very nice. My wife and I had very nice breakfasts on the porch. I didn’t tell my wife this, but I could smell this terrible smell all week from the bedspread in the Master Bedroom on the 1st Floor. We had rented this house anticipating that other family members would come, but they never came. My oldest daughter, Colleen, and her family rented in Dennis (Sesuit Harbor) and they did not want other family members coming, due to coronavirus fears. We went to the lake once, on Thursday, which was a memorable experience. I also rode the Cape Cod Rail Trail on Friday for about 20 miles. I used the outside shower on Friday and grilled on Thursday night. Both experiences were excellent!

Property managers were terrible!

Property was nice but not clean upon arrival. Checkout time did not match listing. Had to vacate for a day while they cleaned house. I would like a one day refund
