Choose this vacation headquarters and give your group of up to 20 the best of all options. A main house plus separate guest house on nearly an acre and a half of level yard for play space. A stunning new 20' X 60' heated saltwater pool with large stone patio. A three-minute walk to Brewster's Breakwater Beach. The main house, just completed in 2020, offers elegance without pretense, centered on its spacious, thoughtfully outfitted chef's kitchen. Here you'll appreciate the large center island with high boy seating, beautiful granite and tile, as well as abundant counter space bathed in natural light. The kitchen opens to a TV lounge, which walks out to the expansive patio and pool. There is also a good-sized dining room here, as well as a handy half bath and laundry.

The main house has sleeping for up to 12 in five bedrooms, two of which are king masters, one on the main level, the other upstairs. Each master has its own private full bath en suite.

The separate guest house offers single level living and sleeps up to eight in three bedrooms with a full bath. You have a full eat-in kitchen here, as well as a TV lounge.
