A true Brevard downtown locals luxury experience. This beautiful home sits in the vibrant heart of the lumber yard arts district and sleeps seven-plus in two bedrooms. Enjoy two full luxury baths, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a large dining room, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, a fenced-in yard for pets, and ample parking. It is a short walk or ride to EVERYTHING BREVARD...great restaurants, unique shopping, local arts and music, and breweries, and an easy drive to waterfalls, hikes, biking, fishing, and more.

This is a pet friendly home. The front yard is fully fenced in and we do allow dogs to come on your vacation but we ask you please let us know as there will be a pet fee of $25/night for up to 2 pets and $15/night for each additional after. Please notify Gareth that you are bringing your furry friend and arrange to pay the pet fee.

Your host is Gareth and your hospitality manager is Perry. Steve, Gareth's father helps with guest needs on occasion.

The Red Bungalow was a great place to spend a few days or more in Brevard. The open floor plan was inviting and the kitchen was very roomy and perfect to cook and serve a meal if necessary. The bathrooms were both modern and spacious as well as the bedrooms.

Great house right in the center of Brevard. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, live music, shops, breweries, coffe shops. 5-10 minute drive to numerous hiking and biking trails. Very comfortable, well furnished, great condition. Host is very responsive. Highly recommend - looks just as good as, if not better than, the pictures.

Brevard Vacation

We came to Brevard to do some clean up to our property. As well as spend time with friends.We brought our 4 legged family. The yard was fully fenced. With a covered front porch. Making it easy to watch the pups.The kitchen and living space were just as pictured. The bed was comfortable. Great experience!

Not enough superlatives

I, my husband and my basset hound loved our stay at the red bungalow. It had everything we need and more. We were able to cook all of our dinners in the beautiful kitchen. The location is great for accessing beautiful hiking trails and grabbing a beer at a local brewery afterward. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

Awesome

Older home, beautifully remodeled and lovingly cared for. Everything you need for your stay is already there. If it’s not, you probably don’t need it. The best of downtown Brevard is within walking distance. Loved it.

Ideal place

The red bungalow was perfect! My husband had our car for the day to fish so I wanted a place close to town so my daughter and I could walk into town. The red bungalow is so close to everything! We walked to all of our meals as well as the shops downtown. We brought our 2 elderly dogs who loved the fenced in yard and all the doggie supplies the house provided. We will definitely rent again when we are in Brevard next!

Lovely comfortable bungalow

Beyond our expectations with everything vacationers would need. The kitchen was very well equipped & excellent for cooking. Furniture & decor was special with handmade pottery & original art. The fenced yard was a hit with our King Charles Spaniel & convenient for us. Interior & exterior was pristine & walking path nearby was a great advantage for walkers or bikers.

Father's Day weekend get away

From the beginning of the booking throughout our stay and until the end was absolutely perfect. One of our best VRBO experiences. 5 star rental

We stayed for 5 days in this wonderful rental in Brevard with our elderly dog. It is centrally located such that you can walk to downtown shops, restaurants and breweries or drive a short distance to incredible hikes. The owner was thoughtful from day one and did a great job of staying in the loop with communication without being intrusive. The only downside was departing and returning to life away from Brevard. Highly recommend this wonderful rental!

Wonderful place

We had a great time again at the Red Bungalow. It is so comfortable and convenient to the Brevard area. Gareth was a great host and always makes it so easy and communicates well. This is our second time at the house and we have already booked it for October. It is our favorite booking.
