You will have access to the first floor (lower unit) of the house. The second floor is a separate unit and is not included in this listing. Your space includes all downstairs bedrooms, bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining area, and outdoor spaces. We provide one paddle board and one kayak for your use, available once the water sports waiver is signed. You`ll also have access to a hot tub, a grill (please bring your own propane), and free parking on the property.

To respect our neighbors` peace and quiet, we kindly request that you observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. We strive to provide the most comfortable, clean, and well-maintained rental home for our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation.
3.【No Smoking】
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we strictly prohibit smoking inside the house. If any signs of smoking are detected, a violation fee of $300 will be charged.
4.【No Animals】
As much as we love animals, unfortunately, our property is animal-free due to the homeowner`s allergies to animal danders/hairs. We have received an exemption from Airbnb, and we kindly request that you refrain from bringing any animals with you during your stay. If an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately, and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5.【No Shoes】
We kindly request that you remove your shoes when entering the house to help us maintain a clean and hygienic environment. You are more than welcome to bring your slippers! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
6.【Self-Catering】
Please note that this is a self-catering home, and we will provide an initial starter supply, such as toilet paper, paper towel, etc. Any additional supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.【Early Check-in & Late Check-out】
We understand that you may want to check-in early or check out late, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that the early check-in/late check-out availability is based on whether there are guests checking out/checking in on the same day as your arrival. We can only approve these requests on a case-by-case basis once we confirm the schedules. Please check with us one day prior to your check-in/check-out date so that we can give you a definite answer.
9.【Lost and Found】
Please make sure to take all of your personal belongings with you before checking out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge a handling fee of $50 plus the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
10.【Water Sports Waiver】
To enhance your stay, we offer complimentary water sports equipment, including paddle boards and kayaks, which are stored in the house for your convenience. However, it`s important to understand that by using these equipment, you assume full responsibility for any risks involved. If you`re the one who make the reservation, please be aware that you`re accountable for ensuring ALL members of your group who wish to participate review and sign the waiver before using the equipment. If anyone in your group encounters risks without signing the waiver, you`ll be responsible for any accidents that happen. Please note that minors are NOT permitted to use the equipment.
11.【Grill Use – Please Bring Your Own Propane】
We’re happy to provide a grill for your use during your stay. However, please note that propane is not provided, and you are required to bring your own propane tank if you wish to use the grill. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you enjoy your BBQ!
12. 【Long-stay Bookings】
Note: For stays of 14 nights or longer, we require a security deposit equivalent to twice the cleaning fee. For Airbnb bookings, this will be requested through the Airbnb Resolution Center. For VRBO bookings, the deposit will be collected using the card we have on file. If no deep cleaning is required upon checkout, the deposit will be fully refundable.
