Peacefully set amidst a 240 acre working farm in the heart of the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park, Goshawk is a luxury safari tented lodge surrounded by glorious countryside, and offering you a welcoming place to unwind. Inside, the cosy seating area with its comfortable sofas is the perfect place to kick back and relax and the wood burning stove will ensure you are always warm and toasty. There are books aplenty as well as board games for those that want to get competitive. The kitchen area is well equipped with a sink with hot and cold running water, a gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster. Yes - there is electricity too! Seating six, the spacious dining table is a great sociable place to relax with a glass of something delicious while someone else does the cooking. When sleep finally beckons, the stylish main bedrooms are furnished with proper beds and these are dressed with Egyptian cotton quality linen and gorgeous traditional Welsh blankets. The cabin bed is the perfect hideaway for children but is also large enough for adults who don’t mind getting cosy. Home comforts extend to your own “Pitch Pod” adjacent to Goshawk, where you’ll find a shower room with hot and cold water, a flushing loo and a basin. No midnight excursions across the field here!

Step out onto the decked veranda and you’ll find plenty of seating. A perfect spot for relaxing in the sunshine, it also offers a superb vantage point from which to keep an eye on any little adventurers you have with you. If you are keen to try your hand at cooking over an open flame, the firepit with its barbecue grill is a great alternative to the gas hob in the kitchen - why not prepare a feast using some of the fabulous local ingredients that can be easily picked up from the local markets? If even this seems like too much hard work, relax – the farm will deliver a delicious pre-prepared meal that you can simply heat up. As night falls, it’s time to get out the marshmallows – would it be camping if you didn’t try your hand at the obligatory fireside toasting? Your own private wood-fired hot tub completes this special hideaway. Nestled beside Goshawk, this is the perfect place to relax.

Additional Information:
Two dogs welcome (small additional charge). Dogs must be kept on leads at all times due to livestock on the farm.
There is a shared washing machine in the farmyard.
