Welcome to "The Wood's"
Memorable Mountain Getaway starts at this beautiful fully remodeled house in Blue River, Breckenridge. This stunning 6 Bedroom and 5.5 bath is great for groups of up to 10 people. Perfect for two families to share if needed. Guests will enjoy the home's private setting surrounded by many trees and mountain views. The home is located only 10 minute drive to downtown Main Street in Breckenridge.

The main living area is bright and open with a vaulted ceiling and windows throughout the home bringing the outdoors indoors. There is a floor to ceiling gas fireplace and large Smart TV as well as plenty of comfortable seating. Lots of board games to choose to create memories with your family. The outside deck area includes a gas grill and chairs for enjoying the outdoors (summer and fall) with beautiful mountain views.

The kitchen and main living area consists of granite counters, large island and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There are many spices as well as drip & Keurig coffee makers. The dining table seats eight, and the island seats an additional 3. A half bath is located off of the kitchen and family room area.

Main Level Bedroom One - The Colorado Room has a queen bed with an ensuite bath.
Main Level Bedroom Two - The California Room has a queen bed with an ensuite bath.

Second Level Bedroom Three - The Minnesota Room has 2 queen beds.
Second Level Bedroom Four - The Montana Room has 2 twin log beds.
Second Level has a full bath as well as a separate sink area in the hallway.

The lower level has another family room area with a large Smart TV, pool table, dart board and comfortable seating. Great place for the kids to hang out! Laundry room with washer and dryer. Laundry soap supplied.
There is a large mudroom for all your boots, ski clothing, and etc. There are snow sleds and snow shoes for your use.

There are two full bathrooms on the lower level.

Lower Level Bedroom Five - The Finland Room has a king bed and desk for those who may need to set up an office while away.

Lower Level Bedroom Six - The Ireland Room has a queen bed.

GENERAL AMENITIES: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, towels/linens, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers in each bathroom, iron/board, radiant heating on the main level. Each room has a separate thermostat for your specific comfort.

PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles max)

We enjoyed our holiday vacation at this property so much. The house was perfect for our family & so thoughtfully decorated, clean, and cozy. It is an easy drive to Breck and boasts beautiful mountain views. The host was very welcoming and accommodating which made our stay even better. We hope to come back again!

Bachelor Party

Hosted my son and his groomsmen for his bachelor party. He did not want a wild weekend. This was perfect. Home is beautiful. Much better than the pictures. Property manager was very easy to work with. We were able to go white water rafting and amazing golf both within a short drive. Definitely recommend this property

Fantastic Spring Break Getaway

We enjoyed a wonderful snowy week in the beautiful Colorado mountains. The house was wonderful. Great place to relax and very close to downtown Breckenridge without being too close to the crowds. Highly recommend for a family snowcation!

Great spot for a lovely getaway

We all had a wonderful weekend up on Breckenridge at "The Woods". The location was great, only a few minutes from main street in Breck. People skied at Breck, A Basin, and Copper. It was easy for everyone to get to where they were going.The house is beautiful. The kitchen had everything you needed, and more. All of the bedrooms were a good size. It was wonderful to have two different living rooms so that people could split up if they wanted to. Having so many bathrooms was ideal, no one had to wait to use one.The check-in/check-out process was super easy. The host was extremely responsive and timely. She made things very easy. We didn't have to do a lot of cleaning up before we left, which was ideal since we all left by 7am.I would 100% recommend this place for anyone. We are already talking about coming back here in the summer.

Awesome rental!

We have been renting for years and this may be our best find yet! We had 9 people and this house was set up perfectly for a large group. Our young adult children played hours of pool a darts along with movie nights and card games at the large dining table. The living room has lots of seating for watching a movie or the game. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked all of our meals at night. You have to have a vehicle as the property is located 10-15 min outside of town but the location is so beautiful and secluded you will feel like you are tucked in the woods. A great gear room to store everyone’s stuff at night. They have remodeled this house beautifully. Every decision was top notch! Great communication with owners. Our favorite stay yet in 15 years of skiing!

Family Retreat

This was a beautiful place to stay with our family - grandparents, sons and spouses, a 19 year old and a 5 year old. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed; we ate most meals at the house. The deck was great and we enjoyed the Solo stove in the evening. It was a quick drive to Breckenridge. Owner was very responsive.
