A few glitches but good stay: laundry out of order all week, but other floors not crowded. Door lock malfunctioned but building staff was very responsive. Loved having wood for fire, needed more soap/shampoo/tp for 4 people. We hope to return!

Perfect location & would book again! The living room windows are overlooking the mountains, ski lift, and ski school. It's also just a few minutes walk to the main street with all the shopping/dining. Ski rentals right downstairs. Parking included if you note that you need it, in garage under building. Elevator also right there. Unit was very clean, and we especially appreciated the extra towels provided. Kitchen well stocked, and not alot required at checkout. Host answered all communications very quickly. Please note Breckenridge is one of the higher elevation towns. We did not realize this and experienced altitude sickness (most had mild symptoms for 1-2 days). Ski instructor had a great tip--if flying into Denver stay there for 1-2 nights first, then make your way to Breckenridge.

Independence Day Family weekend

We had a fantastic stay at the Village at Breckenridge. The location was perfectfor easy access to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. The condo had plenty of room for my family of 6 to spend time together. Check in process was easy with no problems. Overall a wonderful trip!

Breckenridge Ski Trip

Family spring break ski trip did not disappoint. Ski in, ski out location was more than the family could imagine. Condo was located conveniently for skiers and non skiers, with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Condo amenities were excellent, kitchen equipped well for those wanting to cook. Our family skied in for lunch, then went out again until lift closing. We will return to the Villages of Breckenridge again. P.S. Getting two days of beautiful snow was an added bonus for the Florida family!!

Great condo, AWESOME location

This is a great condo in a perfect location. We could stand in the living room and watch the slopes at Peak 9 Quicksilver, and still less than 3 minutes walking from condo to Main Street restaurants and businesses. This will be our go-to place in the future!

This was a perfect spot for us with the Littles learning to ski for the first time. We did have to baby proof a few things as the decorations and TV were at level where they could get to them. We had a blast!

Ideal Location

The location of this property is fabulous. The views are gorgeous and with the lift so close, it is very easy to access the slopes in just minutes. We found the living space very comfortable for our grown family of 4. The shops are right nearby as well as groceries. The host was extremely helpful. I would recommend getting physical keys. The app is tricky and never worked for us.

Ideal location

The Village is my favorite place to stay while skiing Breck and the room was as advertised. The rooms were great and there was plenty of room for our whole group around the dining table for meals and games. The only minor complaint is we ended up storing skis outside the door because there wasn’t a good place inside to put them.

Fantastic location

Spacious unit that handled our group of 8 very well! Great views of the lift and ski school and a quick walk to Main Street. No need for a car unless you want to go elsewhere for an excursion. Had a little trouble with the keys not working upon arrival but Mike came quickly and got it all resolved! Mike was very helpful before and throughout the stay!

50 yards to the lift and ski access. Also, easy to get to Main Street. A bit noisy at night with the snow equipment. Make sure you get a parking spot.

Perfect for our family

This property was perfect for us in every way. The condo was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location and view was the best. We had some in our family who ski, and some who don’t. The ones who didn’t spent the day watching everybody else ski from the huge windows overlooking the slopes. The grandparents said that was their favorite part. Getting to the Quick Silver lift took about 2 minutes. So convenient. Also, since all shopping and restaurants are walkable, there was no need to drive anywhere. We will for sure stay again!!

I wish there was more parking but this is not critical of our host at all. they advertised one parking space and provided one
.Avery good one and suggested places we could park other vehicles. The host is a 5 star. I will rent from them again.

Beautiful 3 bedroom condo in perfect downtown location!

Spent Labor Day weekend at this beautiful condo. Was well appointed and very clean. Michael at Peak Property Management was very helpful and responsive. Parking pass was a great value add. Check-in/Check-out process was quick and easy. Would not hesitate to stay in this property again!
