If you're looking for the perfect location for an amazing ski in/ski out vacation this 4 bedroom townhome is the best possible property for you! Sleeping arrangements for 12 ensure a fun filled, ski packed getaway. The private hot tub provides the perfect place to sit and unwind after a long day on the slopes or shopping in town. Take in the skiers gliding by as you gaze out the large picture windows throughout the entire house. This home also provides a peaceful and beautiful setting for Spring, Summer and Fall vacations as well!!

There are two main living spaces in this property, one on the main level and another on the lower level. Relax by the fire upstairs while the kids watch movies and play downstairs.

The recently renovated kitchen boasts granite counter tops and updated cabinetry. An open concept feel in the great room offers large comfortable furnishings, a dining table that seats 6 plus, as well as extra seating at the breakfast bar. A wonderful gathering space for the entire group.

This property is one of the best ski in/ski out locations. Simply grab your gear and step out the back door! 4 O'Clock Ski Run is steps away - ski down and follow the signs to the Snowflake Lift. At the end of the day follow the 4 O'Clock Run right up to your back door. It's that simple!

Excellent house in a great ski in - ski out location. Well furnished. Private hot tub overlooks the ski trail. Grill worked perfectly.Large kitchen was perfect for our big group cooking and meals.

Great location!

Super convenient location and space for everyone. Would recommend updating the TVs to allow for streaming services and fireplace didn't work and no one returned our call. The hot tub also wasn't heating. Once reported, it was fixed. The hot tub company gave me quite a hard time when I reported the issue.

Our priority is location and this condo has it! Excellent ski-in and out location for all level skiers. Accommodations were good- nothing fancy but as advertised. Very nice little living area on lower level as well.

Good time

Good time on our annual hiking trip and this place worked out well. It's a tight row of townhouses, but the area was very quiet when we were there. Saw moose on the street, and walked the hill into town. House is well kept and comfortable.

Ryan was a great host! House was awesome and couldn't have been in a better location. Short walk to town and ski right into the back porch. Hot-tub on the patio over looking the trail was amazing. Would stay again.

Great Stay

The property accommodated our group of 10 perfectly. Fairly short walk to town and ski run right off the back patio. Hot tub was awesome after skiing all day and grill was great for steaks. I would definitely stay here again!

Location, Location

Very clean and spacious house. Easy ski out onto the four o'clock run to the snow flake lift. Easy ten minute walk to pick up the free ride bus at the Nordic Center which will take you into town. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Amazing Ski weekend

We travel every year to different resorts and this hands down is the best ski in/ski out location of them all. We had 5 kids under 10 and the location allowed us to walk out the back door and to the slopes across a flat yard of no more than 30’. Our youngest kids enjoyed playing in the backyard, sledding on the side hill, and taking a few “runs” on the 4’oclock slope. The morning for the adults was easy, click in you your skis head down 4’oclock and 30 seconds later you were at the Snowflake lift and on up the mountain. This allows you to avoid having to go all the way to the base and the congestion of those trying to get up to mtn. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing and provided great scenery of both the slopes and mountain backdrop. My only suggestion is to bring you own pool towels for after getting out of the hot tub. We will definitely be back. Thanks Ryan

Great location for skiing and “stay in” vacation

We absolutely loved the location of the home for skiing. Very easy access to snowflake lift which is less crowded than taking the gondola. We were very surprised by how large the home was when we checked in, the pictures listed didn’t do the home justice. The shared living space and bedrooms were great size for spending time together or even apart. The hot tub was a great way to spend the afternoon after skiing. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil you could possibly need for a long stay. Which I recommend with the covid restrictions, it’s much easier to make dinners at the house instead of driving to Main st for a reservation. The drive was less then 5 minutes if you do decide to go explore Main Street. The humidifiers in the bedrooms were very helpful for the dryness. I would recommend this lovely home to anyone wanting to get away with a large group of family/friends. We had more space then we needed for 6 adults. Communication with Lauren through email was very easy, she always quickly responded. We arrived with one of the chair legs in the living room broken and I wanted to be sure she knew of any issues upon arrival. She responded to my email the very next morning. The check-in binder was very simple to go through. The only recommendation I have is to have a separate recycling trash can in the garage.

We had a wonderful time!!! Ski in/ski out short ski to snowflake lift and ski in on four o clock run right to the back door. Large area to play/build snowman in the backyard. Kids loved having the downstairs area to play and watch TV. Plenty of room and beds to sleep in. Plenty of utensils for cooking, boot dryers, vacuum, humidifiers, fans. Beds were hard for our liking but some might like that. Overall we had a great time and would go back!

This place is perfect. A downstairs for the kids to have their own hang out space. Hot tub that feels private enough. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need including crockpots!! Pots, pans all of it. Great when you can’t eat out bc of pandemics... loved our stay!

Great ski weekend.

We stay at Breck quite often and this property and location will be in our rotation. Ski in/ski out very fun and convenient (although I will say Snowflake lift is a bit slow to get up to peak 8). But overall very good property with lots of room compared to ski in/ski out locations at peak 7 and 8 and the personal garage and hot tub are nice. Also, the property manager was top notch. She checked in with us several times via text during our stay to make sure everything was good.

Great for big families or two families

We stayed here during the Christmas week with two families and loved it. This unit is big enough to comfortably house four adults, two teenagers and two kids. It has two big TV rooms to allow the kids (or non-sports fans) to watch something different. The location is terrific for ski-in, ski-out. It's a bit of a longer walk to town for dinner/restaurants - we walked down hill and then took an Uber to get back. Check-in was the best of any VRBO I've ever had. They had a custom code for the front door that didn't require us to stop in any office. Then, they had a really comprehensive book with all the instructions for using anything in the house. Only nit-picky suggestion - time to get a new cablebox with a DVR. Would love to have recorded football while we were on the slopes and watched games in the evening while cooking dinner.

Great location!

Good location. Easily ski-in, ski-out by going down “4’ oclock to Town”. Well equipped except a wine opener. Easily accommodates two families of four. Furniture and upstairs mattress could use some updating. Two full size vehicles max out the garage and single garage space. We would stay here again.
