All depends on what your going for, if itâs a medium priced venue with clean well designed exterior and the gambit of neighbors from families to locals partying late at night with residents the place fills a lot of needs. Close in with great parking patrol to make sure folks arenât sneaking in to park and walking the half mile to where itâs happening on Main Street. The interior was clean but at that age where sometimes it doesnât matter how hard you scrub, itâs hard to notice a huge difference. Itâs 3 stars solid, not 3.1 and never 4 out of 5. Beds they were hard and little comfort left in them. Beware of the sofa couch, 10 ways to cut a hand or stub a toe and the mattress was just terrible. The only area where it was really dirty was the sofa mattress and sheets. They were stained and as were the extra comforters. There were potatoe chips chips under the sofa and in the cushions. Probably hadnât been cleaned since the last folks cleaned it to get their huge deposit back. I means who looks in a folded up sofa. Old broken lamp in a closet and old humidifiers too one of which still had some water in it. Buts itâs Breck and everything is expensive so itâs a 3. One more thing Absolutely zero insulation between the floors above you and the outside walls. The bedrooms face out towards the other condos in the complex. You can hear every word, or F yea dude thatâs my chick, if a party is growing. So if your going to party/ski great crash pad.
