Beautiful townhome in a quiet complex with fire place makes it the ultimate retreat to enjoy the serenity of the mountains while still being walkable to everything downtown! Free shuttle is steps away if you don't feel like walking. You'll never worry about others above or below you. Located right off Main street, you won't need your car to get to restaurants, shopping, or night life. You can park a full size SUV in our detached garage. Most of the furniture is new - all new bedroom furniture with NEW pillow top mattresses, and all new LED TV's throughout. All bedrooms have KING size beds with luxury bedding and 600+ TC cotton sheets for a Heavenly night of sleep! The 4th bed is the most incredibly comfortable King size custom sleeper sofa in living area! Luxury Hygro cotton towels. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need: all appliances, glasses, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, mixer, blender, and crockpot to cook and entertain. LARGE deck and BIG, new hot tub! Detached garage will fit a Full size SUV + bikes or gear! Park one additional car outside garage. Whole home humidifier. Fans, CHARGING STATIONS w/ plugs & USB port in bedrooms. We have a pack and play and baby gate, so parents can pack less! By booking this property, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions contained in our occupancy agreement found in Additional House Rules. Check out our 2 bedroom townhome in the same complex if you need something smaller or want to be close to family/friends! We’re following CDC and VRBO cleanliness guidelines and have increased our cleaning and sanitation procedures to help prevent community spread of COVID-19. We are now paying extra attention to high-touch surfaces: all kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom surfaces are disinfected. All handles, countertops, tables, knobs, appliances, furniture, fixtures, switches, remote controls, thermostats are cleaned and disinfected. All linens are cleaned between each guest. Entire home We have a local property manager that is available 24/7 to assist you during your stay but always want to hear about any problems or concerns Warriors Mark neighborhood on the South End of Breck that is walkable to everything! Can walk to everything or take the free shuttle right outside the complex Breckenridge is an incredible town with something for everyone!

We loved staying at this property. The property is very nicely furnished. All three bedrooms have excellent king beds and large televisions. The hot tub is fabulous. Main Street is just a couple of blocks away. Most of all Shawn, one of the owners, is incredibly responsive and will do everything possible to make sure your visit is pleasant. We hope to return next year.

Wonderful time in Breck

Condo was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most everything we needed. The kids loved the hot tub. The condo is close to beaver run so it was super easy to drop the kids off at ski school. There was a shuttle stop nearby but we never attempted to use it. Overall definitely would recommend!

This was the cleanest and most well equipped rental I’ve ever stayed in, all you need are clothes and a toothbrush. Furniture and beds are high end and basically new. Proximity to the mountain and town is fantastic. Just the best.

Wonderful Property

We had 6 adults stay here for 3 nights. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. I actually sent it to a couple people we met over the weekend. It is well equipped, great location to walk to walk to town, high quality amenities, great communication from the management company on checkin process.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved being able to walk to Main Street for shopping or dinner. The condo is very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful. We would stay here again.

Amazing property!

Great Stay with a Toddler

Our family had a great stay at Shawn and Travis' townhouse. As others have stated, there are a lot of thoughtful features and we appreciated how quiet the complex is! Having 1 bedroom upstairs with blackout shades and 2 downstairs worked well for us with a toddler and light sleeping grandmother. Lots of fun winter activities for kids besides skiing - ice skating rink next to train playground, sledding at Carter Park (sleds in the garage!), gondola riding, and snowshoeing/pulk sled riding at Breck Nordic Center.

Wonderful family condo

Well appointed and well maintained large condo convenient to both the slopes and town. Lovely raised deck with hot tub overlooking the rear gives the feeling that you're in the woods even though you are within walking distance to ski and shop. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds and furniture very comfy, and bathrooms sparkling. Great TVs and sound system to use with clear directions, instructions and communication from Shawn. We had a wonderful week!

Great location and inviting home

The townhouse was well equipped and comfortable for 4 couples. The beds were all comfortable and the private hot tub was a big hit too. The location is very convenient to peak 9 and while the walk to/from is up/down hill, it’s fairly easy. The kitchen was also great as we ended up cooking one night too. Would definitely stay again.

Owners Shawn and Travis were more than accommodating and responsive. The place is well appointed and has everything you could need. The bedding is luxurious and slept like a baby. Only complaint was that we should have put the extra humidifiers on night 1. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us.

Amazing stay!

My family and I spent a month (!) here over Christmas and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect. It's an easy 10 min walk to town and less than that to the lift at the base of Peak Nine. The condo was spotlessly clean and well furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd ever need. Great views from the private hot tub. The owners were fantastic- accessible, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I based my booking on all the five star reviews I read and they are all 100% accurate. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Condo in Perfect Location

My husband and I enjoyed our 10th anniversary in Breckenridge and the condo was the icing on the cake. It was very comfortable, high-end furnishing and fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub and snowfall while we were their. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! Good to know; The 4th king is a sofa sleeper. We didn’t use it but the sofa is high-end so i can’t imagine it not being comfortable. You do have to go up or downstairs to use the bathroom. They also have a 2 bedroom if you don’t need as much room or want to include more guests. Check in and out was easy and having a garage was very nice. We will be back. Thanks again, Kimberly S

This property is furnished and decorated with quality/class for not only the Colorado vibe but a for a higher end stay. The cleanliness more then meets the requirements of the Panasonic time and the location worked out perfect. The property owners were exceptional in answering questions and supporting our stay.
