If you are looking for an ideal getaway to Breckenridge in any season, ski in ski out, hot tub, pool, full kitchen, fireplace and balcony, look no further. Right next to the lift, but unlike the Village, this is one bedroom with no resort fee and no parking fee.
Our condo offers the perfect blend of mountain charm and conveniences of home. The ski in ski out is so easy, you can stop by the condo for a bite for lunch and quickly return to the mountain. What a find for your Breckenridge vacation!

So close to everything, you can wander over to Main Street, then have a cocktail with your dinner before walking back to soak in the hot tub in the moonlight. Our tastefully remodeled condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and easy access to amenities, making it perfect for Breckenridge getaway. You will find everything you need in the full kitchen to cook a tasty meal. The kitchen is stocked with cups, plates, cutlery, and utensils. There is also a Keurig Duo coffee maker, toaster, and blender, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. After exploring the mountains, spend a cozy evening in the comfy seating by the gas stone fireplace, or enjoy a movie on the 65" TV. There is a lift-top coffee table. You can step outside to a large balcony with a table and four chairs. The bedroom is furnished with king size bed with 2023 new firm mattress and another TV with live channels. Next door is a full bathroom with beautifully tiled shower and glass door, toiletries and hairdryer. You will have access to a sauna, indoor and outdoor hot tub on-site, and for even more fun take the kids to the swimming pool, hot tubs, and sauna just across the street (generally the pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and then during most of the ski season, closing sometimes in the middle of April).

The location at the base of Peak 9 eliminates the hassle of transportation, allowing you to maximize your time on the mountain, and makes for easy hikes in and out during summer and fall. Store your gear in the first floor ski storage and be ready to go for first tracks in the morning.
Free outdoor parking next to the building for one car is included, but in this convenient spot, you may never need to use your car the whole time you are here. It’s an easy stroll to the in the historic district’s old time shops for that unique gift, and all the enticing eateries, fine dining restaurants and coffee shops downtown. If you decide not to drive to Breckenridge, yet don’t feel like walking, the Free Ride Blue route bus stop is right at the end of the driveway.
Laundry. To help you save on suitcase space, there is a laundry room with coin operated machines next to the elevator on the second floor.

The condo is located on the 1st floor in a hotel-type building. It's ideal for a couple or a couple with kids and sleeps up to 4.

Fireplace.

Parking. Free parking for one car.

Free Wi-FI. There is free wi-fi through xfinity.

Getting around. Walk everywhere. There is a bus stop across the street by Valdoro for Brown Route and Ice Rink Express and. All Breck Ride buses are free. Brown bus will take you to Breckenridge Station, from there free Summit Stage buses go to Copper, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and the Outlets in Silverthorne. Ice rink express will take you to the Ice Rink and Breckenridge Troll Isak Heartstone.

Ski in/out. From the ski lockers, walk down to the back door and outside. After a few steps across the bridge, put your skis on and ski to the lift. Ski back to the bridge.

I didn't realize there would be construction going on, that information was way down in the description and I missed it. This meant no hot tubs onsite. The property is around the corner from an emergency medical center and unfortunately we had sirens the first night, keeping us up. It’s also over the garage entrance so every time someone came in/out you could hear the door open/close. The bedroom was tight, not a lot of room between the end of the bed and the wall. Owner was very responsive to questions, kitchen was well stocked, great water pressure in the shower and convenient location. Unit was clean and stocked with nice towels, not the typical thin ones!Furniture was older, clearly worn, but I’m sure it gets a lot of wear.

Clean and well-equipped; responsive owner- will stay again!

We would love to stay here again next year! It was so clean and well-stocked with useful things that are missing in other rentals— consumables like toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags; and kitchen supplies like food storage containers and sharp knives. Beds were very comfortable— even the pull out sofa bed!- and there was space for us to set up our inflatable mattress in the living room so that our 2 kids could each have their own bed. Plenty of blankets and extra plug-in heaters if needed. Very short walk (1-2 blocks) to Main Street restaurants and to the shuttle bus (Lot F bus stop) for us to ride to Peak 8 and gondola. The building’s washer/dryer system was easy to use with an app (no need to get quarters!) and the large hot tub was lovely. Daniel was quick to respond to our texts and very accommodating.

Amazing Property

Our stay was what one would call a great experience. The check in/out process was smooth and easy to follow. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We definitely will consider stay at this property again, and would recommend to others who may be planning to visit in the future!

Great EVERYTHING !!

This is a fantastic unit ! I have stayed in several Trails End units over the years, this is one of the best ! Tastefully upgraded. Wonderful condo with great location

Very clean and welcoming property. The extra touches provided upon entering condo made us feel very special. The location perfect for hoping onto the Quicksilver lift for a day of skiing and then walking to downtown Breck for dinner! Daniel was quick to respond to a few minor issues we had during our stay. Resolved so quickly that they were not an issue! We had a fabulous week and will definitely be back!

Fall Stay

Nice, well kept property in a great location. Unit was perfect for my husband and me for three nights in October. Kitchen and living area were really nice. Kitchen seemed well equipped, but we ate out while there. The bedroom and bathroom were small with little storage but we made it work. Bed was comfortable. (We had a lot of luggage as we were on a four week road trip.) Daniel was very responsive and kept in touch with us during our stay! I would recommend this unit for two people!

Property was in a great location, once we found it! The check in process was tricky as the key had to be picked up off sight and not close. Hot tub was broken, so that was unfortunate. We walked to the one across the street which was noted on the signage. Daniel was very responsive to emails.
