Perfect location right in the heart of Breckenridge! Ski-in off 4 O’clock run. One block walk to Main Street where you will find the best restaurants and shopping in town. Access your favorite peak by hopping on the free bus at the complex entrance or walk 5 minutes to the Gondola or Snowflake lift. Enjoy the calming sounds of the Sawmill Creek which runs right through the complex.

This modern, beautifully decorated 2 bed / 2 bath condo sleeps 8! Each bedroom has 2 queen beds, a flat screen TV and an attached private bathroom. The big open living space is perfect for creating fun family memories. Relax playing board games, watching movies, snuggling up next to the cozy gas fireplace or enjoying a drink after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a dining table that seats 8 with extra seating at the counter. Take in the town and mountain views while relaxing on the balcony.

**Bikes are not allowed in the condo or on the balcony. The complex garage has a bike rack for you to store your bike.

Spring Skiing

We showed up when it was snowing, and it was nice to find covered parking. The unit was very clean and updated. It is somewhat compact but very comfortable and well equipped. We took the gondola in the morning, which was only a short walk, about three blocks from the property. At the end of the day, we could ski directly to the property at the very end of 4 O'clock To Town. Dining at night in town is convenient. It is just two blocks from Main Street in the center of town.

Perfect!

Everything about this property was perfection! The location right next to the 4 o'clock run was so simple for skiers to get home quickly from the slopes. Also the bus stop to ride up to Peak 8 was right outside the condo and a short ride to the lifts up. AND it's only a 5 minute walk to Main Street for non-skiers or for dinner and shopping! This was easily one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in -- everything was spotless when we arrived. We really appreciated the gas fireplace, the comfortable living room, and the large table for games. We would love to stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a ski getaway in Breckenridge!

Great Location

This condo was exactly as described. Great communication with owners. Short walk to town and able to ski-in off 4 o’clock run at end of the day. Shuttles to gondola right outside your door and ski rental directly across the streets. I would definitely stay here again. Book with confidence.

Very good rental except the stand alone shower in the first bathroom was unusable. There was a sign stating the temperature was very sensitive but we could not get it to a usable temp- either scalding hot or freezing cold. All 4 of us had to use the 2nd shower which was a little inconvenient. Otherwise it was a very nice unit in a great location.

Very clean and well stocked ski-in, walk-out condo

Check-in was as easy as it gets with access via an electronic key code, so no hunting down or keeping track of keys. Condo was very clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed how basic seasonings were provided. Loved the self-lighting gas fireplace and made frequent use of it. Location is excellent with true ski-in access directly off the 4-o'clock run. Getting to the lifts was also easy via either a less than 10-minute walk to the gondola or via the free shuttle, which has a stop right at the parking lot entrance to the condo. Ski storage right at the entry door was also very convenient. Access to shops & restaurants was also within easy walking distance. Beds and furniture were all comfortable and well maintained. This condo will definitely remain on our short list of places to stay when skiing Breckenridge.

Perfect Condo in Breckenridge!

We booked this place for a "Guys Ski Trip" and it was perfect! 2 queen beds in each bedroom allowed 4 adults to sleep comfortably without having to share a bed or sleep on the couch. The shuttle to the ski lifts was right outside the condo, then we were able to ski all the way back at the end of the day. The communication with the owner was fantastic. I highly recommend this unit for a family of 4 or a group of 4 adults!

Great place, ski-in, walking distance to lift and downtown

We truly enjoyed our stay at Laura & Robert's place. You can't beat the location; ski-in from the mountain and a short walk ~5-min walk to the lifts and downtown. If you prefer to take the ski-bus, it stops right in front of the condominium. Parking is on-site (1 car), which is very convenient. The condo itself was great. Spacious, excellent living room, and kitchen. Both sleeping rooms have two queen beds, which worked well for the four of us (friends/adults). We look forward to visiting again!

Everything about the condo was just fine and the best part was the location. It's at the bottom of the 4 o'clock run so you are able to ski in (not ski out) and then it's only a 1 block walk to restaurants and shops on Main Street.

Fantastic spot in Breckenridge!

Wonderful condo in the heart of Breckenridge. Location was perfect, easy access to lifts and the gondola. At the end of the day you can ski/board directly to the condo. Steps away from Main Street where all the restaurants and bars are. The condo was great for our needs and clean. I would highly recommend.

Breckenridge Gem

We’ve been to Breckenridge for several family ski trips and this has been one of our favorite places to stay. The location was very convenient- a short walk to the gondola base, easy ride home on the 4 o’clock run, and walkable to Main Street restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, well-appointed and decorated and had everything we could possibly need. Laura was incredibly helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay here again.
