Welcome to Woods Escape and Relax at Woods Manor; Relax at Woods Manor, this beautiful 1 Bedroom condo enjoys views of Breckenridge Ski Area (Peaks 10,9,8) with convenient access to Main Street. (5-minute walk/2.5 blocks to downtown) The “Free Ride” shuttle has a stop at the end of the driveway.

Enjoy an open-concept kitchen/living room. The kitchen includes convection oven, electric cooktop, brand new large sink and faucet, granite counters, coffee station and plenty of prep space. The master bedroom has king-sized bed with twin sleeper sofa for extra sleeping or a perfect reading nook to escape and relax. The attached bathroom is a half bath. There is a full bathroom off of the kitchen / living area with tub/shower combo.

Condo was perfect for us. Great location with easy walk to town (we are 75 years old). Brown route bus stop very close if you don’t want to walk. Our suburban was too tall to park in the garage, but there was adequate outside parking. The extra half bath was a plus. Kitchen seemed well stocked, but we didn’t cook elaborate meals. Host was readily accessible for our questions about parking. It was a great 3 night stay.

We loved the location. Walkable to Main St and even base of Peak 9. Definitely an older building but the unit has some upgrades that made it feel newer. Beautifully decorated and cozy. Water heater went out on the last night of our stay. Cold showers that night after skiing but we checked out the day after so it didn’t hamper our entire stay.

We have stayed here before and love the location, the quietness of the neighborhood and the views from all around. Easy walk to downtown but love that we can just stay and relax and do nothing if we want. Nicely laid out and love that there are 1.5 bathrooms. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in ever!!!

The unit was exactly as pictured. Updated Scandi aesthetic. Check in process was seamless. Underground parking was a plus. The only minor issues were one window did not open (it was very warm the first day) and there is zero closet space accessible to guests. Overall we loved the stay and would recommend to others.

Property was so clean, very spacious and has everything you need. We are from Texas and I anm a middle aged menopausal woman and are used to AC, this unit had none and it did get hot inside. Great condo

We enjoyed our trip to Breckenridge. The property had an easy check-in and was very clean. It was in a great location within walking distance for many of our activities and eating locations. We also liked the peaceful and serene view of the mountains that surrounded Woods Manor.

We enjoyed our stay at this property while we came up to Breckenridge to relax for a few days. We were able to walk downtown within seven minutes. The downstairs garage and lockers would be wonderful for a ski vacation. We appreciated the elevators and luggage carts. The master bed was very comfortable. We appreciate these owners sharing their cozy condo!

The property was nice. There were plenty of spaces for my family of 5 to sleep. The location is just off main Street which made it very easy to walk into town. Would rent again.

The window blinds in all rooms, as well as the top of the fridge, were covered in dust. They had not been cleaned in months. It might be helpful to review the cleaning process to make sure everything is being properly taken care of. Overall, the stay was nice and budget-friendly, we would not stay there again. On June 6th between 10 pm and 11 pm, the fire alarm in the elevator sounded, which led to the building being evacuated until the Breck Fire Department arrived and confirmed everyone’s safety. It would be great to get an update from the management team regarding what happened and any steps being taken to prevent future issues.

Condo in Breckenridge

We stayed over a long weekend. Clean and cozy. Very nicely decorated. Only 10 minute walk to the nearest lift. 15 minutes to Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are. Fireplace fan makes loud noise and amenities in kitchen were minimal. Not even salt.bathroom floors were freezing cold.

Nice Location

Very nice location. Easy two minute walk to bus. Brown north route to ski. Brown south to Mill stop on return. Garage was much appreciated. Kitchen is bare minimum equipped if you plan to cook.

Wonderful Family Vacay

The condo was exactly as described. We love the decor in the comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The only recommendations we could make are to update the couch situation in the living room and add a TV in the master bedroom.

The perfect getaway

Impeccably clean! This was the perfect home base while hubby and I spent our 15th anniversary in Breck. The littlest of things were thought out from the recommendations of where to go to the instant pot where I made my famous “quick” and French press for that perfect coffeethat made us feel right at home. The fireplace was cozy while we enjoyed some wine while we whined down watching some college football. We will definitely be coming back to stay here!

Exactly as Advertised

I was a bit worried when I first got the check in instructions regarding having to be there at 4, going to some other building, etc., that all sounded like a giant pain. A few days prior, I did receive an email with codes for door and building which made it super easy. All we had to do was show up and enter at our convenience. Unit was exactly as advertised - clean, nice, great location. Parking is super tight in the garage. If you have a large vehicle you're better off parking in the lot. Parking was a bit tight would be my only complaint, and this was in the summer. Can't imagine what it's like in the winter. We could walk to Breckenridge Brewery, a good breakfast spot across the street, and the rest of the main shopping center. Great unit that will not disappoint. Super clean. Bedding and towels were clean and nice. Thanks for the stay, we had a blast!!!

Easy Breck Stay

Our family of 5 (small children, it would be tight with that many large people) recently stayed here for a short ski vacation. We found that the condo had everything we needed. It was clean and lovely, check-in was really easy, and the kitchen well-appointed. We were able to walk to town for dinner. We took the free town shuttle to Beaver Run- the stop is really close. The ride was a little long on the way there but quick on the way back. All in all, we appreciated the ease and quality of the condo!
