This home was close enough to town to enjoy Breckenridge skiing and shopping but far enough away to be a quiet retreat. There were thoughtful touches like stuffed animals, ski goggle covers, lip balms, dog beds and supplies, etc available for everyone’s needs. We had one issue with the coffee maker and it was replaced immediately. It was large enough for two families to stay together and still have private spaces. Would stay again!

Disappointing Experience

My family and I wanted to get away to the mountains to celebrate the memories of my sons who passed away. This time of year is a very hard year for us. One of my sons passed away on June 15 and the other on June 23rd.The goal of the weekend was to spend some time remembering our sons/brothers. Our 12-year-old dog had an accident three days before we left and had to have stitches in her leg. She can barely walk as it is so we elected to bring her with us and leave our other two dogs behind. She is a 5 pound Shih Tzu.Our time together was nice, though the property is dated. The furniture is old and the water pressure is terrible. We were there to be together as a family so these things weren’t much of a bother. About 20 minutes after we left the house at the end of our stay I received a message from the property manager that they were going to charge us for having my elderly dog on property.Honestly, I forgot to tell them so I really wasn’t upset about that. What I was upset about was that they accused my dog of doing things she couldn’t possibly have done as she was highly medicated, slept the entire time, and has serious issues with mobility.The home is listed as dog friendly and it is not. The property managers made us feel upset in a time that we were already feeling emotional. We won’t be back next year.

Great escape

We enjoyed this location very much. My only issue is you MUST have a 4 wheel drive if you come in the snowy winter months. The house was great and has two living rooms to accommodate multiple families or to allow adults to use one and kids in the other. Hot tub was a big hit. All necessities were provide. Would recommend for sure. It is a beautiful area , the kids loved the snow.

Breck Ski Vacation

House was very nice and certainly spacious enough for our family of 8. Had a couple of small mushaps and owner had them fixed within an hour! Best service we have had with rentals. Def recommend!!

Perfect 4th of July Getaway

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house is close enough to walk into town and close to a handful of trailheads. The house was spaced out perfectly for a handful of couples--giving us all space but also providing large spaces to hangout together. I would definitely book this house again next time we decided to head to Breck for a long weekend. The goldens absolutely loved being able to tag along with us, so definitely a big plus for being dog friendly! Speaking of dog friendly--the property manager/company left some nice natural dog treats for them!

Cooper, Breckinridge, and Keystone

Hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing/boarding. Place is very nice and has plenty of sleeping areas. You will have to drive to either the Breckinridge shuttle or do what we did and drive to the gondola parking lot (for Breck skiing/boarding only). There are a lot of light switches, but they are all labeled.

Nice property - 4WD a must

We stayed in February during some particularly frigid temps (-6 degrees for a start one morning). As such, the roads were a bit problematic getting to the property. Highpoint was plowed but was not nearly in good of shape as the roads below. So our front wheel drive SUVs were not really the best choice for this property location. To give credit to the property manager, this was disclosed. Beyond the struggle to get to the property, the home was very clean and well maintained. The property owner has a vehicle in the garage so we did have one vehicle in the elements each day, requiring scraping of ice and snow each morning before we headed out. The trip into Breck is very straightforward 10-15 min to parking at the base. The hot tub was clean and maintained temp during usage. The kitchen was well appointed in terms of cookware, utensils, etc. Living room space and dining room comfortably held our party of 8. We did have a few of our party that said mattresses were uncomfortable. I would concur in terms of the master bedroom mattress. Overall a very good property. But given the road it's located on, I would say 4WD is a must.

Great location, great staff, great place

Stayed over Thanksgiving 2022. Great location close to trail heads a two minute walk to miles of hiking trails and a very quick drive to downtown Breck. High enough altitude we had snow. Things like humidifiers for the dry mountain air made it even better. Hot tub was perfect and private enough. Lots of parking space. Pool table and games filled in the very little downtime we had. A great place easily fits 8 to 10.

I would rent again

I wish I could give 4.5 stars. I would rent it again. The property is nice but it is decor and lighting dated and five star listings are usually a little better internal quality. The refrigerator is old and has to be pressed close, the screens have holes, the bathroom fixtures are mid level remodeling and rods are loose. The fees are much higher than the nightly rate with booking fees for the manager and VRBO, a cleaning fee, and a high dog fee, so the final price was 50% higher. It is a car ride or long walk to town. But the property managers are very responsive and it is clean.

Excellent stay, as usual.

This was our second time at Antler's Ridge and it's a great house. No complaints, all positive. We have now done one stay in Summer and one in Winter and I recommend either. Just wonderful.

Nice Home

Convenient location to the gondola parking lot and downtown. Lovely and comfortable home, needs some updating but great place to stay. Mud room off the garage was large enough to accommodate 5 people getting ready to ski and it was nice to have the laundry room upstairs on the main floor. Pool table was nice to have, as well as, a great hot tub.

Beautiful Private Home

Very cozy and well appointed. Great for walking. My only suggestion would be to put a King bed in the main floor bedroom and bunk beds in the downstairs twin bedroom.

Family Fun Time

This home was perfect for reunion with our adult kids. Plenty of room to spread out and very comfortable when all together. Kitchen had everything we needed! Pool table and hot tube were added bonus! And so much tot do in Breck

Wonderful property in great location

We stayed here with four teens and had a great time. Our stay was in mid-Summer and the house stayed pretty cool (closing blinds during day and opening windows at night was key), especially the basement. The photos don't show that the basement has another TV set-up that is a perfect place for gaming and watching movies, "super comfy" according to one of the teens. There is an easy hiking trail right across the street (going up the hill on the other side), which was cool. We went river rafting in Buena Vista with The Adventure Company, amazing! Did a mountain bike tour over Vail Pass, and our favorite find was the tiny Sawtooth Reservoir right outside of town, we took our paddle boards there and the teens could have just done that the whole trip. The house is huge, well-appointed and very comfortable. We didn't have any problems with getting in and out of the driveway, you just take it slow and go at it at an angle. We would happily stay here again, it was great.

Invited Home personnel were very responsive to questions and any issues that came up. Renters should be aware that the well water was as advertised but does affect water pressure for showers and using the dishwasher.

Perfect House for a Winter Getaway

Love the house; good size and layout. Bedrooms are on separate floors... perfect for a family ski trip. Location is only 5 minutes from Main Street. Clearly the owners have taken good care of it over the years. Thank you so much! Only feedback: the well-water is quite hard (iron) which not everyone is into so would be nice to alert renters prior to stay to bring plenty of water for drinking and making coffee.
