Perfect walkable getaway spot

Excellent location adjacent to Main Street but also backed up to a lovely stream and trail. Clean, spacious, hot tub; what more could we ask for?! It was a perfect spot for 6 of us and we loved the walkability to Main St Breck, the gondola and many trails. The hot tub on one of the decks was an added bonus. We'd definitely stay here again.

Ski Trip Stay

So close to Peak 9 and tbe town; the house is so clean and comfortable. It has everything you could ask for. The private hot tub is a biiiiiig plus. The entire area around the house is beautiful. We would stay here again!

Mini getaway

This property was great. It is very spacious and gives you a “homey” feeling. The greatest thing was access from the garage which made unloading a little easier. We loved the balconies on every floor. There is no ice maker but they have trays you can use. Everything was clean and vacation. Ready. Check in/checkout was easy. Loved the private hot tub. Will stay again.

Great place to stay!

Would highly recommend this property! We stayed a long weekend for Octoberfest and really enjoyed the location and amenities. Management was very responsive to the one issue we had.

6 adults. Would DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN but keep in mind this is not 5 star. Everything is dated and clean but not sparkling. We make all our own food and the office was good enough to supply a crock pot on request. Random cookware and unmatched everything but honestly who cares? We cooked. We ate. We laughed. Lots of stuff people have left behind so even if you forgot something chances are it’s hiding in a closet or drawer! Games, sleds, snow clothes, books puzzles etc. The on-site hot tub was awesome- same thing clean but not sparkling. Do take trip across the street to the shared hot tubs and pool as well! So fun. Our view was amazing! And location to downtown, lifts and hiking trails through the back can not be beat. 3 people worked while we were there. Internet worked fine for that. I am sure there may be better places to stay in Breck but for the price location and space this place can’t be beat. 3 1/2 bathrooms!

Needs upgrades but good overall

Our family had a great trip, but the condo needs some upgrades. The main room was dimly lit, which made family activities a little difficult. The old thermostats caused uneven heating in the house, and certain rooms were really cold at night/in the morning. The hallway by the garage needs to have a long row of hooks and cubbies - a missed opportunity for a mud room. The hot tub was murky the whole time we were there, where other places we’ve stayed the guys came out for the chemicals two or three times during the week with prior coordination. As a landlord myself, I would recommend these things be addressed before we’d come back. The property manager was very responsive and the office seemed efficient. Having a fireplace in the master was a real treat.

Great location, short walk to Quicksilver Lift

We stayed for a ski trip, and were very pleased with the location. Short walk both to downtown as well as to the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9. There is also a shuttle, but the walk was so reasonable (even in the cold/snow) that we never used it. Private hot tub was a huge plus and worked great even in single digit temps. Would have liked to see a few more amenities stocked in the kitchen (sugar for coffee, foil, ziplocks, and detergent for laundry), but overall not a dealbreaker. Check-in was a bit more complicated then we would have liked: there was a bit of confusion surrounding check-in time, and since we shuttled from the airport it was difficult to stop for keys at a separate address with no car. Michael, however was available to help facilitate entry, and was very friendly and communicative. Bunk beds were a bit lacking in comfort, but each bedroom having its own full bath made up for it. Would stay again!

Amazing place! Backs to rushing creek

We will stay here again!! It was so quiet and beautiful. Planted wildflowers everywhere. All 3 floors of this townhome have private decks that look out over this quiet and secluded running creek. We slept with our windows open and all night the rushing creek put us to sleep. First floor bedroom has the private hot tub on its deck. Great to soak in after our long hikes! Second floor has a huge living room, huge dining table and kitchen. Third floor has a master w private deck and gas fireplace! Second bedroom w bunk bed. All bedrooms have private baths which was great. It was an easy 5 min walk to shops and restaurants! You pick up the house keys at a Property management company right in Breckinridge. The gentleman helping me was super friendly and very knowledgeable in showing me different hikes to take, activities in the area and just plain helpful! My family of 4 will stay here again!! Thanks!

Perfect place

The place was fantastic, perfect location and private hot tub, you cant ask for much more in a ski trip. The lift is a 4 minute walk which makes life much easier when you can hop on and off the mountain like that. The place is actually a little bigger than expected and each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great! It was a perfect place for 6-8 people

Perfect getaway for skiing at Breckenridge. The private hot tub is perfect for distancing while covid is still a threat and it's reasonably close to walk to Quicksilver

Fantastic Location for Family Getaway

Perfect location for our family ski vacation. This condo is within walking distance to the Quicksilver Chair and to downtown. We didn’t utilize the free ride system but it was also a quick walk from the property. The condo itself fit all of us comfortably and had enough space for everyone to spread out when they wanted to. The only downside (minor) to our stay was the hot tub didn’t have enough water in it so the jets didn’t work properly and you couldn’t submerge fully. We did contact property management but no one came to fix the issue. Overall I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay here again year after year.
