Great Spot Next To Breckenridge Ski Resort

The check process took about 30 seconds, and the townhome was exactly as advertised. It ended up just being my son and me, but there's tons of space, and six people can easily sleep in the home. The two bedrooms upstairs have their own bathroom, and the beds/pillows were very comfortable after long days of skiing. The unit was spotless, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The home is about a 10-minute walk to the lifts, but there's also a shuttle stop on the corner if you don't want to walk.

Girls Getaway

My friends and I booked this property over MLK weekend and it exceeded our expectations. Mike was extremely responsive and accommodating. The property has everything that you could need for a ski trip or even just to stay in. The location is extremely convenient. No need to drive the whole weekend. Just note that check in is not on-site, rather it is in town. Overall had a great experience and would book with Peak View Property again!

Perfect Stay

From check to check out and all the time in between our stay was Perfect!! The townhouse was a perfect fit and comfort for 4 adults and 2 children (12 & 8); locations was perfect with short walk to quicksilver lift and to downtown Breck; kitchen was perfect with everything you would need; parking was perfect with heated garage and outdoor space. Highly recommend this townhouse for family get togethers. We had a great time.

Nice condo and walking distance to Quicksliver Lift

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. This is a nice 3 BR condo that is very spacious and it was a great setup for 2 couples and 2 teenagers. My only knock would be that for a little bit of investment, some updates would make this a 5 star review. The plumbing fixures are a bit dated, there was no hair dryer in the 2nd upstairs bedroom, just small things that could be improved. Overall, it is a solid condo, however. Good size kitchen with everything we needed. A nice family room and a great dining table. It was a little unclear when we booked it, so I will share details on walking to the slopes. Simply take a left out of the parking lot and follow that road for about 5 minutes (1/4 mile or so) until you see a small sign for Charter Sports rentals then take the sidewalk down, cross the bridge, and you will see the Quicksilver Superchair Lift. If you get to the Marriott Vacation Club, you went too far. Returning, you can ski past the chair lift and across the bridge to shorten your walk back. FYI, Charter Sports is awesome and they will store your equipment overnight if you rent from them. Which makes the walk a breeze.

Beautiful place and close to Peak 9 lift

Overall was an awesome place to stay for all 7 of us. Kitchen had a lot items such as crock pot to use. Loved the fireplace on those cold evenings after skiing all day!

Fantastic family stay

The condo was perfect! Came for my birthday with my wife and our adult children. The condo is so well equipped. The kitchen was setup perfectly for our family. We ate in most of the time and enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and accomodated all of us very well. Pool and hottub are fun but crowded at times. We walked to the lift everyday. Not trail side but a 10 minutes walk or so. We look forward to staying here again.
