Warm Beds & Easy Slope Access

Couldn't be happier with the house. Property Management (Michael in particular) was incredibly helpful, responsive, and there if we ever needed anything. 5-minute walk to the lift and downtown.

Great location lacking cleanliness

This townhome was in an awesome location and is sized well for a larger family. Unfortunately the property was not clean. Pots were unclean and we saw mice twice
.once in kitchen and once in upstairs bathroom. The checkin process was very smooth and the property manager communicated with us very nicely.

Great summer place

Condo was in an excellent location, very short walk to downtown and all it has to offer. Shared pool and hot tubs were great and short walk. Only complaint about the hot tubs is that we wished they stayed open a little later, they closed at 8pm. Condo was a little dated but was completely functional and had everything we needed to cook meals in the house. Only minor complaint was maybe the master bed. A new mattress and new pillows would be the only thing that really needs attention. All in all an awesome place to spend a few nights enjoying Breckenridge. Would stay again for sure.

July 4th trip Breck

Property is in a great location. A short walk to downtown and the shuttle stop is close if you need it. The exterior of the property is great but the inside is pretty dated. Beds are comfortable enough. Couches and main tv are accommodating enough. We have a large family and the space was great. Ping pong table a plus and all of the decks were a nice feature. We cook a lot since we have a big family and the oven, microwave, dishwasher, and pans need an update. Bathrooms were dated. Kitchen sink dripped but no more than that. Breckenridge is great for the holiday but so is Frisco. No fireworks displays over the holiday though.

Breckenridge Pinecreek Unit F

This was an extremely pleasant stay with an immaculately clean condo. All bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, soap, and lotion as well as plenty of paper products in the home. This condo is ideally located close to town and was an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We stayed for 4 nights and it was great. The directions on how to check in were easy to follow and the management company was great to work with. We had a toilet that was not working during our stay. We contacted the manager and he got it fixed right away. Location to town is awesome. Our group could walk 8 minutes to the base of peak 9 and get on quicksilver lift. We also used the bus system which was easy. The house comes packed with every cooking pot and utensil you could ever need. The only thing we didn’t like was the beds. They were very uncomfortable. But if you are not a picky sleeper then you would be fine. It was a great stay and would definitely stay again.

iPods but it was fixed

Our father son trip was fabulous. Thank u to the management team. The Condo was clean and very functional. Great location, the boys could walk to town on their own schedule. My brother in law and I really enjoyed the hot tub and walks to town and the lifts. Great management team made it even better. We had feet of snow and it was always removed and orderly. We had a disposal jam and it was fixed with hours. A great week!!! Thank you
