Located just minutes from Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Breckenridge Golf Course, Long Ridge Lodge offers both a serene escape and convenient access to Summit County's top attractions.

Proximity: Located in the Highland's Park neighborhood, this home offers quick access to Breckenridge's best activities. It's just 1.3 miles from the Breckenridge Golf Clubhouse, 5.1 miles from the Breck Connect Gondola at Breckenridge Ski Resort, and 1.3 miles from the Blair Witch Trailhead. In winter, the golf course transforms into cross-country ski trails that connect directly to the neighborhood.

Living Room: The spacious main living area features vaulted ceilings, a central stone fireplace, and large windows with sweeping views. Plush seating includes an L-shaped sofa and lounge chair; all arranged around a SmartTV with cable and soundbar, perfect for movie nights or sports games.

Kitchen: Step into a chef's dream kitchen, seamlessly connected to the living area for effortless entertainment. This fully equipped space features premium stainless steel Viking appliances, dual sinks, including a wet bar sink, granite countertops, and a spacious kitchen island perfect for gathering.

Bedding Configuration: 4 Bed, 4.5 Bath –
• Primary Bedroom: King size bed, dresser, deck access, SmartTV, and ensuite bath. The bath includes a his and her vanity, a soaking tub, tile walk-in shower, and walk-in closet.
• Second Bedroom: King size bed, lounge chair, closet, SmartTV, patio access and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower and single vanity.
• Third Bedroom: King size bed, lounge chair, walk-in closet, SmartTV, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower and single vanity.
• Fourth Bedroom: 2 Twin bunk beds with twin trundle pull outs, dresser, closet, SmartTV and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Family Room: Relax in the second living area with a plush L-shaped sofa, bean bag chair, and SmartTV for movie nights. A built-in wet bar with minifridge and storage adds convenience.

Hot Tub & Deck: Step out from the basement-level door to enjoy the 6-person hot tub (added summer 2025) and deck with mountain views. Ideal for soaking under the stars or relaxing in the sun.

Office Space: The home's main staircase extends to a third level, leading to a versatile loft area. Designed for remote work or on the go office needs, this bright and airy space offers the perfect blend of productivity and comfort.

Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer located near the foyer on the main level.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

This home is not pet-friendly.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 12. There is space for 4 vehicles in total with 2 in the heated garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please read the Colorado Traction Laws for additional information.

When I say the pictures does this place no justice. It was absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with everything. From sleds, skis to all the seasoning and meds.

Great, and a little quirky

This house is very spacious and quite nice. Lots of king beds and a big bunk bedroom for kids. Also downstairs media room is an awesome place together. (We had a group of 4 adults and 6 kids). A few of the appliances were a little quirky (a few stove burners didn’t work), and some light switches didn’t work - but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely stunning home!

This was a true gem! The kitchen was well stocked with all the misc gadgets needed for most meals, including a large crockpot! Each bathroom had wonderful travel-sized toiletries for our use, and each bedroom had just enough space to spread out and relax! The only trick to the house is regulating the temperature with a house this size, but boy was it a blast staying here! Will certainly be back next year!

High quality house with tons of space to be together or hide in a corner for some privacy. Always a restroom available when you needed it. It would have been nice to have a 2nd microwave available in the kitchen.

Really Great Home

Everything as listed is accurate. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the property. The only complaint from the group was that the additional fees are pretty high ($450 cleaning fee) but then there is the implied threat of even more fees if you don’t take out the trash or do the dishes. Pretty good spot though.

The Highlands

Property is beautiful. Enjoyed our stay but the lodge IS NOT baby proof. There are actually 3 sets of stairs. Two are wooden and one carpeted. We had everything needed to prepare meals except food which we bought in Frisco. It's a large house with plenty of space and great views. Perfect location for Breckenridge and Frisco.

Friend Ski Trip

Overall the stay was the definition of perfection. We had a great time and the amenities, view, and house were perfect. The location to Breckenridge ski lifts was about 10 minutes. The drive to downtown was about 15 min as well. The driveways and roads were very well kept. We were happy to see a couple moose outside of the neighborhood as well. Only con if we could find one were directions to the surround sound music throughout the house. In summary we give this house a score of 15/10.

Friends, Food and Adventure in a winter wonderland

The house was everything it was advertised to be. An excellent home for a group of families. We were able to spend time together as a group but still had plenty of places to spend time alone if we wanted. The views were spectacular. The kitchen was a chef's dream. There was plenty of room for multiple cooks to work without getting in each other's way and it had everything you would need to prepare any type of meal you wanted. The weather was both warm and cold during our visit so we were able to take advantage of the hot tub and the front patio to relax after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect. We were able to drive to Breck and Frisco very easily. I highly recommend this property and will be back myself soon.
