đ Off-street parking for 2 vehicles on the parking pad, Breck parking is tight, carpool and park other vehicles off site.
âïž Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning.
đ The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)
