Wake up to the enticing aromas of your first cup of coffee, and head out to the private balcony to take in the fresh mountain air as the family sleeps in. Spend the day shredding, then come home to warm yourself with a soak in the simmering community hot tub.

Water House is a premier lodging destination in downtown Breckenridge, offering complimentary amenities that include an outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, a movie theater, a ski valet, and ski storage. While you’re out enjoying all that Breckenridge has to offer, your car can stay warm and snow-free in the underground parking garage.

With the QuickSilver Super Chair just across Maggie Pond, Water House also gives you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge. You'll be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots along Main Street a few blocks north.

Come summertime, fill your days with scenic lift rides, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles). Or, take a memorable hike on the Blair Witch Trail, Spruce Creek Trail, or Lily Pad Lake Trail.

Although the fireplace is not available for use, the home offers ample warmth and charm through its inviting décor and thoughtful touches.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect ski condo for a weekend with friends

Highly recommended. Perfect ski condo for a weekend with friends. Outstanding location, just five minute walk to the Quicksilver lift, and to Breck Brewery and the Main Street shops and restaurants. Check in and check out was easy, the staff at the front desk were helpful. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable. Multiple hot tubs, nice pool, exercise facility, on site management, underground parking (1 spot) on site ski valet to store your skis overnight free of charge (please tip the staff there). We loved everything about it, and would stay here again.

Great stay! This condo is all about location! Short walk to lifts. You can store and rent your skis at Christy’s (closest)- we used Breck sports in the village. Easy walk to shopping off Main Street and restaurants. Right across street I recommend HD Tavern (best hotdogs and cheese steak), tacos and tequila and empire burger. The HOT TUB is so close! I didn’t find any noise from hot tub to be loud or disruptive. This was a quiet condo. Fireplace was not working- got it fixed- but broke again. Great kitchen. We will be back!

Amazing Property!

The unit was clean and updated with great amenities. The location is absolutely perfect as it is a super-short walk to the Quicksilver chair, as well as numerous shops and restaurants along Main Street. I highly recommend this property!

This is a nice unit close to everything. Check in was complicated as the check in desk was hard to find. Hot tub was very conveniently located which was great way to end the day.

Great location. Clean and spacious enough for a small family. Pool, small fitness center, and hot tub on site. A few issues that need attention: - dishwasher doesn’t run it’s cycle consistently. - bathroom toilet handle is broken. - shower handle is broken. - Microwave door is very difficult to close.

Rental was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Premium appliances and hot tub right outside. Close and convenient to everything! Waterhouse on Main also was even able to valet our ski gear. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Need to fix master shower handle. Dangerous. Also other bath had 3 plungers by toilet. Should have been under sink. Another spare toilet paper would have been nice. Provide details on ski valet and convenience of walking to lift. Great great trip. Thank you!!

Great Location

Beautiful Property...bummer the hot tubs were not available due to COVID, but kids were able to use the pool with a 45 min reservation ahead of time (required). Would have loved to use the theatre, but that too required reservations and things booked quickly. Condo itself was lovely, gas fireplace so cozy, beds comfortable (humidifiers were a plus), kitchen and bathrooms upgraded and modern. Easy walk across Mainstreet Station to Quicksilver Lift at the Base of Peak #9. Accessible, yet a little more quiet since not in the middle of the resort. Easy to pop back to condo for lunch. Right on the end of Mainstream so walkable to all downtown stores, restaurants/bars, activities. Just loved it and hope to go back when there are less restrictions.

Cozy Condo - overall good stay but a few comments

We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures and video tour on the website are very accurate. We had 5 of us in the condo (me, my wife and our 3 boys, ages 12, 8, and 5.5). While it would've been great to have a little more space for them to roam other than the living room area, we knew this was going to be a little tight when we booked. The condo is actually a very nice size and the layout is great with a very open living/kitchen/dining space in the middle and the bedrooms flanking this space on either side. Constructive thoughts: We felt like the kitchen was underequipped and I hoped would have more inventory of items than it had. The drains in several areas (kitchen, bathroom sinks, master shower) didn't seem to drain very well. Not sure if that is a 'Breckenridge issue' or just an issue with our unit - it certainly didn't make a huge difference but was noticeable. The biggest area of constructive criticism about this particular unit was it's proximity to the outdoor hot tub. We happened to have 3 young kids and we spent much of the trip on 'east coast time' (where we live). Several nights there were people in the hot tub later into the evening. While the people in the hot tub weren't obnoxious by any means, almost ANY noise from that close a distance (especially with the snow insulating everything) is going to be heard in the night - this unit is directly adjacent to the hot tub and it will definitely be noisier than other units. If you stay up late or want easy access to the hot tub (you can walk to it from the 1st floor 'balcony' of our unit, only about 15 feet away), this is the perfect unit for you. If you prefer a bit more privacy and quiet in the evenings, I'd choose one of the other Vacasa units on floors 2-4 away from this noise. If we come back to this property, this is what we will likely do.
