If you prefer convenience and luxury, this is the unit for you. Crystal Peak Lodge is Breckenridge's most exclusive ski-in/ski-out building offering a boutique hotel atmosphere. Skip the crowd and walk right out your back door to the Independence Superchair lift at the base of Peak 7.

Our condo boasts pent-house style living with mountain modern updates. Vaulted ceilings, brand new furnishing and newly renovated finishes. This may be Breckenridge's most luxurious ski in/ski out property!

This unit is light and bright, modern and refreshing. Professionally designed to savor the rustic mountain feel while blending new and modern finishes. With every inch of this condo fully updated, this may be the nicest and most extravagant unit in the building. New designer paint, custom accent walls, upgraded light and water fixtures topped off with brand new, designer furnishings! You will feel like the very first guests. Because this is a 4th floor, end unit, we boast EPIC MOUNTAIN VIEWS from every single room. This pent-house style condo is absolutely unbeatable and one-of-a-kind.

Crystal Peak Lodge is an upscale, boutique-style building. Sitting on the base of Peak 7, the convenience is unparalleled. We provide private ski lockers exclusively for your use during your stay. Wake up to fresh powder in the morning and simply walk out the back door to be the first person on the lift! Because Crystal Peak has only 40 units, you never have to fight crowds in the building, but you still have access to all the resort-style amenities offered at the neighboring building, One Ski Hill. Jump on the gondola (which stops directly outside our building) and head over to Peak 8 for additional ski runs and to utilize the brand new swimming pool and bowling lanes. You can also ride the gondola down the mountain into town while enjoying the stunning views along the way. Crystal Peak Lodge also provides access to a FREE shuttle for the duration of your stay. It will pick you up at the building and drop you off anywhere near downtown Breckenridge. Ready to head home after a nice dinner and drinks? Call the shuttle and it will take you back home. After parking in the (free) garage, you don't have to retrieve your car until your stay has come to an end.

The whole condo is reserved solely for your stay. You'll have access to the private ski lockers and outdoor hot tubs on site. If you want to go bowling or swimming indoors, you have access to these amenities at the neighboring building, One Ski Hill.

We offer free, underground, garage parking for 1 vehicle during your stay. You have access to a free shuttle that will take you to or drop you off any location within Breckenridge. The "Breck Connect" gondola stops directly at our building and goes over to the neighboring property, One Ski Hill, as well as down into town. (The shuttle does cease operations during the "off season").

There will be a non-refundable 10% fee for every booking on this platform.

Perfect Mountain Retreat

Easy access to ski hill with very convenient ski lockers right next to lifts. Condo was immaculate with super cute make-you-feel-at-home decorative accents! I would highly recommend!

Christmas in Breckenridge

Everything was wonderful. Very clean, very comfortable bedding, excellent location (ski in ski out), beautiful views from the balcony and all the sun filled windows in the condo, very quick response from owner to any questions or concerns. We would love to stay again if we ever get back to that area (we traveled from MA) I highly recommend this beautiful condo unit!

Fantastic spring skiing at its finest!

Where do I begin with this amazing property? From the start the booking process was very easy and all communication with Katie was seamless from checkin to checkout. The condo itself is not only adorable and impeccably furnished but you are literal steps from when you park (in the heated garage) to the condo front door. They had ample luggage carts to help us only make one trip from the car to the condo. They also have a convenient storage locker for all ski and snowboard equipment which easily stored all 4 sets of gear and prevented us from having to schlep up and down. Then, once you gear up, BOOM walk just a few steps outside and jump on Independence superchair. The condo itself was well stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner and so convenient to just stop back in for a little break off the hill without waiting in any lines for lunch and spending a fortune. I love too that they had all the basics (salt, peppers, cooking spray, ketchup, mustard, tin foil) which made cooking easy. There were ample towels and washcloths as well as detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. We used the hot tub every day which was HUGE in size and super hot which was a welcomed changed as we always seem to end up with lukewarm hot tubs everywhere we travel. We enjoyed meeting other travelers while sipping on an adult beverage recapping our day on the slopes. The last day apres skiing, we were able to wash all of our clothes thanks to the convenient washer and dryer, the. pack up and load up the car for our travel back home the following morning. I cannot say enough good things about this condo and Katie and we will be back as a repeat customer as this was a wonderful spring trip and great way to end our season! Cheers!!

Our experience was excellent all the way around. The unit is convenient to slopes and is easy ski in/out. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the appliances all seemed brand new. Comfortable bedrooms and baths. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

Crystal Peak Beauty

Thank you Katie for an incredible condo in Breck!! The place is perfect in every way-comfy beds, fluffy towels, super soft throws, fully stocked kitchen, glorious covered balcony with outstanding views from every direction!! We loved being at the top of the mountain instead of staying in the heart of Breck. The gondola was quick & super fun to ride to town & literally a 2 minute walk out the front door. Also utilized the free shuttle at Crystal Peak & the free local Breck bus. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful & it was great to use the sister properties amenities at One Park Hill!! Not the first visit to CO, but first in Breck & will not be our last. The town is super laid back w/ fun hiking trails, shops and outstanding restaurants. A few favorites were Rootstalk, espresso at Unraveled & Cool River, Breckenridge Brewery & Pub. Thank you again for a fabulous anniversary vacay!!!

Fantastic stay at this luxury condo!

Our family had an amazing time at this immaculate condo! Check in instructions were detailed and made it very simple when we arrived. Loved the free parking garage and the fact that we could access directly from elevators. Condo was spotless, with classy, comfortable decor and it was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The deck was so nice - incredible views and allowed in the fresh mountain air. Prime location within Breckenridge, gondola stops at the resort so you can take it downtown, to Epic Adventure or just for a relaxing ride. The free shuttle was awesome and we utilized that a couple times as well. Hot tub and pool were great for our kids! Since we stayed in the off season - the resort was quiet and not over crowded which we enjoyed. This place is top notch, you definitely won't be disappointed if you stay here!

Best ski-in/ski-out unit in Breck!!!!!

Located right above the Peak 7 lift, Independence Superchair, this is the best location we have ever had the privledge of staying in for a mountain getaway. This penthouse is the most perfect unit.... stylish, cozy, newly renovated and immaculately clean. We enjoyed nights in front of the beautiful fireplace, sunrises on the balcony overlooking the mountains and resort, and nights in the hot tub. Katie is an incredible host, very communicative and invested in making sure we had a seamless and enjoyable stay. We will 100% book this unit when we return next year!

Perfect Mountain Getaway

Such a beautiful condo with a breathtaking view. They had everything stocked in the condo that you could possibly need. Can’t wait to stay here again. Our toddlers loved the pool and private access to the bowling alley.
