You’re also just a short shuttle ride to downtown Breckenridge where you’ll find fantastic shopping, dining and entertainment. This is an ideal location for your family or group. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom premium condo is the perfect mountain retreat for families or groups of up to eight people. As you walk in, you’ll be welcomed by a beautiful living area with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a stunning river rock gas fireplace with massive flat-screen TV. The fully equipped and newly updated kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There’s seating for six people at the dining table with room for three more at the counter. The attached deck has great mountain views and a gas grill for barbequing as well as chairs to relax on and enjoy the views.

Los Pinos Condo @ Brekenridge

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Los Pinos in Breckenridge, and it was an absolute delight! The rental's charming wooden mountain exterior immediately caught our eye, and stepping inside, we were welcomed by a cozy and inviting atmosphere.The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the Snowflake Lift and conveniently close to bus stops, making our adventures around town a breeze.The well-maintained and clean interior offered all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen that made meal preparations enjoyable. One of our favorite spots was the lovely balcony, where we could take in the stunning mountain views.All in all, our stay at Los Pinos was fantastic, and we can't wait to return. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home away from home!

Not a bad overall visit. The cleaning was done quickly which was disappointing as the cleaners left trash and boxes in some of the rooms. We had issues with the tv’s, spoke to the manager and it was finally corrected. Would have given a top review if the cleaners did their job. Great location and easy to get to the snowflake life or parking garage for the gondola.

Clean and nice location; Unexpected and lacking layout

The management was very responsive and the location is amazing. I've rented over a dozen times in Breckenridge and this unit about average of all of them. The LAYOUT is unexpected as it is not well described on the profile. The walk in level is level with garage and has a great view of trees and mtn, as described. There is NO BATHROOM on this floor. All bathrooms are located the furthest from the living area as possible. You have to go down a full flight of stairs (also not in the profile), turn, go down a hallway and then you can either enter the primary bedroom and use that bathroom, or you can turn right, go down a few stairs and either use that hall bath or go into the Queen bedroom and use that bathroom. Very inconvenient for some and it should be better highlighted in the profile. This also means that you are below ground for the bedrooms. The bunks and primary have windows that are above ground, but the Queen room is entirely below ground with one window that is fully in a window well with a ladder. I slept in this room and the window still provided great fresh air, so that was not an issue for me. But, again, it may be for some.

Good Stay

Most everything was great about this property. It was clean, easy to access, the property manager was great, there is an outdoor hot tub that was actually hot, and a heated garage. The only complaint I have is it is not a true ski in/ski out. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to Beaver Run ski lift and that can be tiring in ski boots. Otherwise, if you don't mind the walk, great place to stay!

Breck Vacation

The property was perfect for my family and me. It was close to the Breckenridge free buss stop which let us easily get in and out of town without a car. The snowflake lift and 4oclock run are located a short walk away. We usually rode the bus a single stop to Beaver Run lift. Any issues or requests were handled promptly and professionally.

everything was pretty nice, there was a dining room chair that was broken, the back of it kept separating, so we didn't use it. and we couldn't get the tv to work until we found that an ethernet cable had been removed from the router and tucked into the far left entertainment center cabinet. we did not use the indoor hot tub at all.

Great Time In Breck

The Los Pinos condo we rented through Summit Mountain Rentals was outstanding. Extremely convenient to two lifts on either side of us and the condo was clean, updated and had plenty of room. We would absolutely recommend staying at Los Pinos and renting through SMR.

Excellent property, close to town, Snowflake Lift and ski in/out accessible. Property was clean, well stocked kitchen. Only issue was that two lamps in the queen bedroom were shorted and tripped a breaker that we had to find to restore power to the bedroom. Other than that a great stay!

Great Pre-Christmas Vacation

We hadn't been to Breckenridge in years but picked Los Pinos because of location between Snowflake and Beaver Run lifts. Although we didn't have much snow, the property was perfect. We had one maintenance issue with a smoke detector battery, but the management team fixed it right away. Although they recommend using Snowflake, it's a lot easier to walk down to Beaver Run in our view. The hot tub worked great and we were really comfortable all week.
