Located on a sunny lot just a few blocks from Breckâs iconic Main Street sits The Breck Haus, a 5,186 square-foot vacation home designed to deliver a spectacular experience. Guests will revel in the modern dĂ©cor, large bedrooms, and plenty of space for the whole family â even the four-legged family members. Featured amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, chefâs kitchen, expansive deck, private office, and den with billiards, ping pong, and air hockey.
The warm and welcoming great room sits at the heart of the home and enjoys wooded and mountain views through the expansive windows, under a vaulted ceiling with a gas-burning fireplace and beautiful rock hearth. The chefs of the group will be delighted with the well-appointed kitchen offering a six-burner gas cooktop, double ovens, granite countertops, and island seating.
An adjacent breakfast nook with large windows and mountain views is a perfect place to sip your coffee while planning the dayâs exciting adventures. The huge deck, perfectly suited for entertaining and relaxing sits outside the kitchen and great room and features a grilling area, lots of comfortable seating, and a private outdoor hot tub.
Just off the kitchen and great room is the dining room with a large dining table and seating for 10 to 12. Additional seating is available at the kitchen island and breakfast nook â perfect for the kids. A private office is located near the front door and offers a bright and quiet place for remote workers.
On the main level is a king bedroom that uses a hall bathroom. A convenient mudroom offers storage for all your gear, and a laundry room has a washer and dryer and a large sink.
Up the beautiful round staircase on the upper level is a spacious primary suite with a king bed, a TV, a sitting area, beautiful views, and an ensuite with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Also on the upper level is a queen suite, and two king bedrooms with Jack-and-Jill shared bath. All bedrooms feature TVs and luxury linens.
Head down to the lower-level family room for entertainment options galore. Billiards, ping pong, and air hockey will surely stir up some friendly competition. A wet bar has a microwave, a bar fridge, and a sink for all your snacks and beverages. After having some fun around the game tables, retire to the adjacent family room with a comfy sectional sofa, loveseat, and 75-inch flatscreen TV. Kids will love the two bunk rooms on the lower level that share a hall bathroom.
Guests have use of the two-bay heated garage with parking for 4 cars total.
4-WHEEL DRIVE REQUIRED in winter months.
Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.
ABOUT THE AREA
The Breck Haus is situated in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located within walking distance of Breckâs iconic Main Street. Enjoy easy access to restaurants and shopping as well as hiking and biking trails. A free skier shuttle is located within a 5-minute walk of The Breck Haus.
Lazy Bear (4 bedroom) is within walking distance of The Breck Haus and could be reserved together for a family reunion or corporate retreat.
This home is pet-friendly with an additional $950 cleaning fee and written approval. Please contact us for details.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the shuttle is not able to go up the driveway and will safely pick up guests at the street level.

Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
