The Neighborhood:
This centrally located condo is just a few steps off Main Street on the south side of town, placing you near the best Breckenridge has to offer. It's only a 5-minute walk to the heart of downtown Breckenridge and Maggie Base Area. Take a stroll through the historic downtown and discover local markets, restaurants, one-of-a-kind breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options you won't want to miss. Enjoy a walk along the Blue River Recreation path, which runs parallel to the shops and restaurants of Main Street. If you are a live music fan, be sure to check out some performances at the Riverwalk Center. In the winter, enjoy indoor heated seating, and in the summer, relax on the lawn while listening to the music. Endless opportunities for mountain and outdoor adventures are within a few minutes of this condo. In the winter, enjoy the 5 peaks and 187 trails at Breckenridge Ski Resort, and in the summer, hit the hundreds of miles of hiking trails in the area. The unbeatable location of this condo ensures that all of Breck is at your fingertips!
Getting Around:
From the condo, you can easily walk to all the main attractions in the area. Downtown Breck is just a 10-minute walk from this charming condo. The base of Peak 9 is a six-minute walk, and the Carter Park sledding hill is only a block away. The Breck Free Ride bus is a convenient option, with Stop #16 Main Street Station on the Grey Route Southside route located across the street. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for exploring the historic downtown area. Uber and Lyft are always available as well.
Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that the clearance for the parking garage is 6'6".
Please also note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
This condo is located on the second floor and is accessible via steep stairs. Guests should consider this when bringing luggage or if mobility is a concern.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasnât snowed in a few days.
Please note that guests share laundry. Coin-operated on same floor. Turn right and go down the hall after leaving the unit. To the left is a room. Under-sink detergent is offered. Please consider the environment when setting water levels and cycle times.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
