The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a west-facing balcony and windows with bright sunlight and views of the slopes. For entertainment select from a TV, watch movies on the DVD, play music on the stereo, or break out one of the many family board games. The primary suite has an attractive bedroom set, a TV, a balcony, and a private safe. The comfortable guest bedroom has handsome pine furnishings and a large window overlooking a scenic courtyard. Building 5 is the ultimate in convenience, close to the office, the hot tub, the fitness room, and just 20 yards to the 4 O'Clock Ski Run in the winter and hiking trails in the summer.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
