We had a great stay at this property. The location is excellent with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The home was clean and well-equipped, with almost everything you would need for a comfortable stay. A couple of small improvements could make it even better: the toaster is quite worn(works though but visually rust was seen) and could be replaced, and the blankets would benefit from a deep wash or renewal. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant place to stay.

Nice condo w/ covered parking in an excellent location!

My wife & I and 2 friends stayed for three nights to snowboard Breckinridge. The location of the condo is towards the northern end of town near the BreckConnect Gondola, but only a 15-minute walk to the southern end of the main downtown area. Parking is available in a covered garage and open lot. It was a bit confusing to first find Unit 16 amongst the twists and turns of stairs and lettered versus numbered units, but the Schlage door lock was the most challenging puzzle to enter the 10-digit (!) code in without it erroring out. The condo was clean and had everything you might need. It was pretty spacious, with the exception of the second bedroom which was a bit ‘cozy’ for 2 adults staying in the two single beds, but might work for small children. All mattresses could probably be replaced as they were a bit saggy & soft. When we first arrived, the unit was very warm ( 80F) so we turned off the HVAC and cracked open the windows just to get it cooled down. Other than the minor nits of the lengthy door code and the neighbor above who must wear cement shoes, the condo was great and the location was perfect! It was a quick 10-minute walk to the Gondola in the morning and an even quicker 5-minute walk from the Four O Clock trail in the afternoon. You have easy access to walk through downtown and we appreciated the covered parking area particularly since it snowed over a foot and a half during our stay. Great place to stay at a fair price excellent value!

Place was great, communication not so great

This place is run by Vacasa, Questions were answered in roughly 20 hours, and even after we had checked out, and I should say they responded to with a generic message, I don't think I actually got an answer to a question. Example, I asked if there is there a washer and dryer. (There is not in the unit, but two on the floor, that require an app, and you pay for cleaning) I asked if there were spices and oils provided. No answer, but there were spices and oils provided. The check out instructions ask you to run a load of laundry. -- which would entail downloading app, pre-paying 10.00, then loading the washer and leaving in a room down the hall. I did not do that. The condo was great, well furnished and close to everything. I would rent there again.

Don’t even think about it just book it

This place is right in the heart of Breckenridge. It’s a five minute walk to the gondola and then you can take the 4 o’clock run and it’s about a three minute walk at the end of the day from that. I have never stayed in a VRBO that was better stocked than this place. It had plenty of toilet tissue, paper towels, dishwasher pods a couple of packs of detergent for the washing machine on property. The beds were comfortable yes the bedspreads are a little outdated, but who cares this place is amazing. The fireplace was great and really warmed the room so easy with the flip of a switch. The parking lot was awesome. FYI, make sure you get a four-wheel-drive vehicle if you’re coming in the winter we did not, and it was super stressful. There is a snow shovel on the patio off the primary bedroom. Anyways, I will definitely stay here again. Even the hide a bed was pretty comfortable. You cannot beat this place for location price and amenities. If you’re going to rent any equipment, you can get a discount by doing it in advance through Christy’s and that is right across the street.

Good location, a very well furnished unit

Would rate a 4.5 if that selection was available. Somewhat difficult to locate the apartment, better instructions would have been very helpful. Same for the unmarked key to the pool/hot tub -- instructions would have helped. (Which lock on the gate, and that some key movement would be necessary to engage the lock.). Text questions to the rental agent were promptly answered. Their instructions for a reset of the television worked; again, this information could have been provided in the unit. To not appear as a complete curmudgeon, the unit was fitted the best I can recall. Particularly in the kitchen and the bathrooms. In the kitchen, not the usual four-of-each-type of plates, utensils, glasses, ... Including cutlery and utensils which were of very high quality. Actual glassware instead of the usual over-used plastic stuff. The bathrooms included extra towels, kleenex, lotions, shampoo, soap, ... Again the exception to comparable (and expected) rentals. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms well outfitted. A very good selection of guides, maps, and suggestions for area activities. Provide instructions for the location of the apartment, along with information regarding the aforementioned inconveniences, and this rental is a solid five.
