Location for Main St & Ski slopes superb

Location is superb to main st and ski slopes. Park your car and not move it until leave! Layout is great-maximize areas and nice to have kitchen open to main area. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, pans, etc. Table and counter seats plenty and great for meals, games, etc. Primary room king mattress sags and would benefit if replaced. Adding some throw blankets and additional throw pillows in main living area would be beneficial in winter. Fireplace great in living area once back from slopes & with morning coffee. Heavier comforters on beds or more blankets, luckily we were a group of 3 so each could have a couple blankets but if larger group would need more. Usually not cold sleepers-keep it 60 or 62 when sleep and the 3 of us were chilly. Awesome access to the hot tub & great natural lighting in the unit, very safe and friendly people around. WiFi password and network given was incorrect but could figure it out based on the booklet with a few guesses, a quick update to the info provided by management co. Never figured out cable tv but connected our own from home. Faucet in hallway bath does not work on the cold at all, only the hot works. A plumber call to repair or update would help in case any young kids stay to not burn themselves.

Great location , good little condo.

We stayed here over July 4th weekend for a family getaway. It was the perfect location to walk Main Street. Kids loved the hot tub and it was nice having a lower level condo.

Good value, clean and functional.. only issue was the listing said nothing about the pool/hot tub being closed which is one of the reasons we stayed there. Would stay there again.

Great location and space!

A very comfortable space for our whole family (4 total - could have fit at least one more if not two). Appliances and cooking materials all worked great also. Short walk to downtown or the slopes. Would definitely rent again!

Lots of room and Great location

Overall this property is accurately depicted and quite roomy. The five of us each had a bed (Mom and Dad shared), and the location was great. Very short walk to the shuttle stop and not too far to walk to Quicksilver or Beaver Run lifts, for the young adults anyway. Walking distance to downtown shops as well. Furnishings were a little older and it could have been cleaner. I have a keen eye for details, though, so maybe I'm picky. Bring storage containers for leftovers, foil, plastic wrap etc. if you plan on cooking. There is plenty of silverware, knives, pots and pans. We had a great time even during COVID, just staying in with family. We would definitely stay here again.

Good time in Breck

Overall I would recommend this unit. management did a good job of communicating. The check in process required you to go get the key, but management had everything ready at the time they said and the process was super easy with the lockbox. We only had one concern that we relayed on one morning during our visit, and by the time we got back for lunch they had resolved the issue. They even came back the next day to check in and make sure everything went well. The property location was overall pretty good, but after a long day that little walk up the hill from downtown to the unit seemed surprisingly taxing but our kids didn’t really complain too much. You are a Decent walk with a family away from the center of town and some of the small hikes such as going up to the sawmill reservoir. So not as centrally located as the sawmill condominiums, but not too bad. We had to eat in for all of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals which was fantastic. The primary observation I have would be that the management company website seemed indicate that they were spreading out reservations due to Covid, however They noted someone in our unit before us and there was someone in us right after us. If this is not the practice the website should be updated. I would also recommend that in the master bedroom they move the dresser out of there as there’s not much room to walk between the dresser and the bed for one of the persons, which led to a couple stubbed toes. Nice bonus was that the unit had a new TV which was much larger than the picture showed, which was nice to watch movies at the end of a long day of hiking. My overall rating would be 4.5, but I think it only allows me to select four or five. Overall Nice unit!

This place is located near one of the lifts which is walk-able distance. It's definitely more spacious than the picture shows. For their capacity from the pictures, I was nervous that a bunch of dudes would be all crunched up, but it all worked out. We didn't try any of their amenities, but it was nice to know that they had a hot tub. The place was also clean when we arrived and had plenty of easy communication with the owning group. They also provide guest parking as needed which was great as we had 2 cars. One gripe was the main toilet/bathroom, that door needs to be flipped. It's a pain to enter and exit the bathroom! Overall, great spot for the price and good job with the property owner.

Our room was dirty, they changed the check out time and more.

When I checked in, I was alerted that check out would be 10 a.m. instead of 11, which was what we purchased. Then, when we arrived, I noticed that the unit wasn't as clean as it could be... but I thought I would let it go because we had plans that night. Then I figured out that it was actually filthy - hair in the bathroom, my pillowcase was actually crusty - thank God I do not sleep on a pillow or my face would have been in someone else's filth. And the master bedroom carpet had not been vacuumed or not vacuumed well. The kitchen sink would spray a leak across the room as well. I called the next morning and it took them over 3 hours to send someone. No one even checked in with me after that. I am very unhappy and would like someone to respond to my complaint.

Great place, loved our stay.

The unit was clean, nice and the closest to the hot tub which was a plus. The Round kitchen table was great for our family of 6 for dinner and cards. The previous review about the heat was no joke though. The outside temp was warmer than normal, 15-35 degrees, but we literally turned off all three zones on the second day and still kept a window open a lot of the time to keep from being too hot. Only recommendations to the owners is upgrade the TV size in the bedroom and maybe a Keurig. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Everything was simply PERFECT!

Fantastic stay in Breckenridge. We were walking distance to all of the downtown shops and the gondola up to the mountain. The apartment was immaculately clean and was equipped with every amenity we would have wanted or needed. The only thing, and this is by far not a complaint but rather an observation, the temperature in the apartment was overly warm. It wasn't a terribly cold in Breckenridge the days we were there. We had turned off the central heating and the apartment temperature stayed above 75. It was a bit too warm for our liking but definitely did not spoil our wonderful vacation.
