We used it for a ski trip so overall it was a great place for a groups wanting access to Breckenridge. ‱ You walk out of the front door, walk out of the parking lot and across the road is little walkway you can ski about 300 feet or so straight to the snowflake lift. The snowflake drops you off at easy beginner greens but from there, you can ski down to the big lifts and go to the top so it’s very convenient for all difficulty levels. I ski well but was with 3 people who were beginners and it suited us all very well! ‱ Also not a lot of walking involved for those who don’t like to walk in ski gear. It’s a simple 100 yard walk through the parking lot to where you strap skis on and head to the lift. ‱ There’s also a bus stop just down the road. I’d say it’s around 300 feet from the end of the parking lot. It will take you to and from the slopes as well. I believe it’s 2 stops from beaver run area which was awesome. ‱ Loved the rental. Garage was clean and open where you could keep skis and gear which we loved. - Communication was great, we had every question answered in a timely manner. - The apartment is very close to town. I think it was 1 mile from Main Street. - We used the fans and humidifiers that were in ever room which I loved. -beds were comfy, couch was comfy, we watched movies and hung out in the living room as a group. - Kitchen was stocked with necessary things to cook dinner and make coffee. - No complaints about the house from us.

We are staying at los Peña condominiums before and find it to be an excellent location for easy access to ski slips and getting into town. Although the condo was clean, it is fairly outdated. The master shower could use some attention with the cleanliness of the grout. The temperature of the master bedroom was incredibly uncomfortable. This made for a very difficult sleeping experience. We reached out to the rental company and they were quick to answer our call, but there was not much anybody could do to regulate the temperature other than open the master bedroom window. One of the windows is broken and it can’t be opened. As a result of having to have the window open to keep the bedroom temperature comfortable we were interrupted by noise and people outside the condo complex complex smoking the last night.The host was always quick to respond and that was much appreciated. There were very few glasses to use and we did not have enough for our group. We were constantly washing dishes and using coffee mugs for water. It was the most sparsely stocked kitchen that we have ever experienced at VRBO. Make sure you bring everything you think you will need for your stay. There were a few spices available, but do not expect there to be anything in the kitchen. There were a few garbage bags and there were enough tissues for our four day stay. But if you’re there longer, make sure you know to bring all of your own essentials.

The condo was in good shape. A little tricky to find at night upon entry but easy to get in. Instructions and communication was great. The condo was well appointed but it seemed odd there was no bathroom on the man floor. I was surprised that there were three bathrooms and bedrooms on the lower level. It all worked out. Cute little welcome basket upon arrival was appreciated. Overall I would recommend. A few updates could be made and the hot tub could use some lights, but those wouldn’t make me not stay here again.

Adequate but dated

We needed a three bedroom three bath place for 4 adults and 2 kids. The living area and kitchen are on the ground floor, all baths and bedrooms were basement level. The listing photo is bright, but the condensers is very dated with tired mountain decor. It was clean. Kitchen is small, only one person can use it at a time. Hot tub is not convenient. Four o clock lift is close, as is shuttle stop. Checking in and out were easy.

Not bad but I have stayed in better

It was okay but a few complaints. 1. It had a funky musty smell. We had to get air fresheners day one. 2. Several of the windows were broke or would t latch. I had to call management to make sure I wasn’t charged for them at check in. 3. The master only has a full size bed. There is another room with a queen but didnt understand why that wasn’t in the master. We ended up letting one of our kids sleep in the master so the wife and I could have a queen bed. 4. The HOA kicked us out of the parking lot for snow removal, my truck wouldn’t fit in the garage so was forced to pay for parking which defeats the point of a condo walking distance to the lifts And 5. Which isn’t a fault of the condo but there isn’t an easy path to the lifts, you have to walk down a hill to walk up a hill and around beaver resorts and then back down a hill to the lifts. Not as easy as we had hoped for. AllIn all we still had a great vacation but next time will be looking to stay somewhere else.

Pool false advertizing

I rented this through VRBO, so I realize it's not your fault. The Ad on VRBO prominently states POOL, but it is actually a public pool 10 minute drive away, and it was CLOSED. This was a major disappointment to our 6 year old. WE DESERVE A PARTIAL REFUND. Pots in the cabinet had dried food on them on arrival.

Great Condo with scenic view.

Our family really enjoyed the stay at the condo. We had plenty of room for our party of 6. Me and the grand kids really enjoyed playing on the foosball table. We saw wildlife off the back Deck in the evening. The Kitchen was big enough and well stock with spices.

Great Place - Great Location

This is the 2nd year we've stayed at Peak 9 Place because we enjoyed last year so much, we booked again. Love the ease of getting to the Snowflake lift and proximity to town. Love the layout of the condo for 3 ppl and the management company is responsive and helpful. The owner Mana, is terrific. Don't hesitate to book this place!

We enjoyed our stay. It gave us the opportunity to ski beautiful Breckenridge and spend good quality time with family and friends.The condo is very nice and cozy. The description of this property being a "ski and ski out" was very generous. We don't feel that was an honest description. It would also have been helpful if there were directions on how to get to the ski hill and back.

Comfortable Property in Good Location

Large comfortable living room and kitchen makes this a delightful place to stay. And it is very close to the snowflake lift. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom to use and the heated floors, well that was a real treat. Unfortunately there isn't a bathroom on the main level which meant you had to go downstairs to use the bathroom, which can be tough on old, skied out legs. Good location and a nice public hot tub also made this a great place to stay.

Ski Getaway

This was an excellent base station for our ski week in Breckenridge. The place was perfectly sized for our family of 5 and had all the amenities we could need while there. The proximity to the Snowflake lift was perfect to get on the hill in minutes from the front door. Plus, it was an easy drive or walk to downtown in minutes. Great place to stay!

Fantastic location and great property

We are a family of 5 and the property was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen. Easy access to the slopes and Main Street. Check in was a breeze - we arrived at 1am and got straight in. Downsides (if being really fussy). The master bedroom is a little small with a bed that is too big for the room. Would have preferred a smaller bed and the ability to get out of bed from both sides rather than being against the wall. Electric shocks from all the sockets and light switches. Suspect this was from the static electricity from the carpet but it was frustrating. Bedding was old and 100% polyester. Such a simple change to 100% cotton bedding and not unhygienic bedspreads and matching pillows would have made this a truly perfect property.

Great location, clean, responsive owner and management company!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. For those that ski, the snowflake lift is the best to use at the beginning of the day. It’s a short hike down to the snowflake lift. Some people in fact ski just a little track to the left. At the end of the day we came down floor o’clock run and stop where the sign says snowflake lift this way. Then we get up to speed and ski to the end of the track over a small bridge and right next to the bus stop. We take the bus one stop up to grand Timberlodge. Then it’s a short walk to the unit.

Summer mountain fun

Great and comfortable stay in Breckinridge. Easily walkable to town and some nice hikes. Slight delay in getting into the unit due to the door code not being reset for us, but reached someone on the phone right away and they walked us through it. Would stay here again.

Great property

This house was great and located in a great spot. Everything was good and house was stocked well in the kitchen etc. only minor gripes would be to update the thermostats to one’s that you can actually pic a temperature so you don’t have to use the slider and also the rooms are very small, ie, no nightstand tables in master. Overall a great place!
