1st floor - ground level contains

Living room / kitchen / dining

The large sun-drenched main living area has West-facing windows with
cellular shades for full privacy. Feel free to bask in the natural
light or pull the shades to watch a movie on the flat screen. With
large plush pull-out couch, and several comfy armchairs, make yourself
at home and cozy up to the electric fireplace. Hungry? With a fully
stocked kitchen, enjoy the lush granite counter tops and all the modern
amenities, including stainless steel appliances, double sink,
dishwasher, 5-eye electric stove top, oven, microwave, traditional
coffee maker, as well as a single serve Keurig machine. With plenty of
counter top space, and an adjoining 4-person bar, host your crew while
you cook or comfortably dine at the 4-person table.

Laundry

Need to wash some clothes? Open the closet near the main entrance for a
full-size washer/dryer combination. You'll find the washing powder
well-hidden in the bench next to the folding door.

Second bedroom

Venture to the left and you'll find the second bedroom, also with a

full privacy and darkening take advantage of the convenient cellular
shades.

When it's time to clean-up, the bathroom has a large walk-in shower,
double sink granite counter tops, double mirrors for plenty of space to
primp.
