Boulder Ridge Lodge est une maison de vacances de luxe unique en son genre conçue pour accueillir gracieusement de grands groupes. Si vous planifiez une rĂ©union de famille, une retraite d’entreprise ou une escapade multi-famille pour le ski, cette maison dĂ©passera vos attentes. Il est conçu pour accueillir de grands groupes (jusqu’à 22 personnes) dans un emplacement privilĂ©giĂ© au pied du pic 8 de Breckenridge. Les pistes ne sont qu’à une courte marche (moins de 100 mĂštres) et vous pouvez skier pour le dĂ©jeuner ou Ă  la fin de votre journĂ©e de poudreuse.

Avec 5 000 pieds carrĂ©s d’espace, 7 chambres et 6 salles de bains, il y a de la place pour tout le monde. L’un des atouts de la maison: cinq chambres avec lits king size peuvent Ă©galement ĂȘtre configurĂ©es en deux lits jumeaux extra-longs, ce qui nous permet de personnaliser la literie en fonction des besoins de votre groupe. La sixiĂšme chambre comprend deux ensembles de lits superposĂ©s trĂšs longs, parfaits pour les enfants. Et si quelqu'un a besoin d'intimitĂ© supplĂ©mentaire, la septiĂšme chambre est en fait un studio avec un lit escamotable, un coin salon et une salle de bain privĂ©e.

Le salon est magnifique! DĂ©couvrez l'imposante cheminĂ©e en pierre de roche sur deux Ă©tages et de grandes fenĂȘtres offrant une vue superbe sur les pistes de ski et les sommets environnants. Une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran LCD et un systĂšme de home cinĂ©ma vous permettront de passer de longues soirĂ©es de dĂ©tente en montagne. La grande cuisine ouverte est un autre point central de la maison. Grands comptoirs en granit, gamme Decor 48 "avec 2 fours, un micro-ondes / tiroir chauffant / four Ă  convection Thermador superposĂ©, un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur Sub Zero, 2 lave-vaisselle KitchenAid ... c’est un rĂȘve pour les chefs de week-end et les traiteurs professionnels. La salle Ă  manger spacieuse comprend un lustre en fer forgĂ© et une belle table en aulne pouvant accueillir 12 personnes, avec de la place pour quatre autres personnes au comptoir. Check in was very easy and Summit Rental was very responsive to any questions we had pre,during and post the stay.We had several meals with a large group and was great to have all the pots, pans and utensils to make and serve the meal. Check-in was simple and easy with access through the garage door via code. Size of house with nice en-suite king beds was fantastic for our family. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked with utensils, plates, pots and pans. Was disappointed at check in when I was told that the dryer did not work and that a repairman would be by the next morning to look at it. Several family members had hoped to do some laundry our first day. Repairman said repair was not possible due to the position in the laundry room with no access for service so it was never used. Some family members said the rooms were not as clean asexpected. There was a pile of hair in one of the bathrooms and another bedroom more hair and a large toenail was discovered on the bed frame when the bedding was turned down. We noticed quite a bit of dirt on the carpet under the sofa and the coffee table in main living area. The blender was cracked in the kitchen and was not usable. The picnic tables were in rough shape on the deck. One had sap oozing out of it on the seats and was not noticed until a family member sat on it. We wrapped the seat in plastic wrap to prevent another person from getting sap on their clothes. Several windows in the house had broken hardware and could not be opened or closed. One family member mentioned having some box fans available for use during warmer weather would be nice since many rooms did not have a ceiling fan. Several outlets were not working. Overall perfect!

Great Family Spot

Went to Breckenridge to ski/ board, celebrating my 50th with family and friends, a total of 14 of us. The house was awesome and had plenty of space for each of our 3 families to spread out and yet stay close and enjoy each others company. So easy to get to Breck, and with all the kids, that was a must. House was perfect and the amenities were plentiful. Any issues that came up were handled and communicated back expertly. The home is updated with new carpet amd hardwood plus ALL the bathrooms are updated, althoguth the pictures may not show it. They even had firewood we could use to start a fire in the fireplace. Overall great stay and I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Spacious home, well suited for large groups

House has 3 levels, so it’s well suited for large groups. Plenty bed options, but all mattresses are Ultra Firm & no one in our group of 16 thought their bed was comfortable. Kitchen has a great set up with plenty utensils & lots of dining space. Our biggest kitchen complaint was all the pots/pans were old & very sticky! This really added to our workload and cleanup time & it would’ve been nice to have had small size plastic cups for the children. The property management company was superb because when we had a clogged drain they came within a few hours to rectify the problem. Overall, because of size & location it was a good choice for our family vacation.

Family Staycation away from Home!

We booked this property because of the space! Our three kids and their families joined us for a wonderful trip to Breckenridge. Everyone had their own space with a bathroom and could get together in the large living room, kitchen, and dining area. It was a wonderful way to spend a week together.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

Property was great, well-furnished, well-supplied, extremely well-located (very close to the enclosed gondola). We could not ask for better accommodations. It was a great renewal for my family which had spent Thanksgiving vacation in Breckenridge 15 years ago. Highly recommend the property.

Great location on Peak 8

The house had enough space for all 16 of us to spread out. Location was perfect -- a short walk to the buses or the gondola to go into town. Contrary to some of the other reviews, we did not find the beds hard (although it's really a matter of personal preference). Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, spices, serving dishes, etc. There also was an adorable fox that visited nightly and would pose for pictures. The house could use a little bit of sprucing up, but, overall, it was a good experience for our familiy reunion.

The house is very large and fit a lot of people. We had a lot of fun with the pool table and hot tub! The location was good but it was a trek to “ski out/in.” Great kitchen with everything necessary to cook meals. The carpet is old, smelled musty and should be replaced. The beds are very hard.

Great location for Peak 8. Easy and quick to downtown. House was perfect for what we needed. Everything was great except all of the beds were very hard. All of us did not sleep well.

Just kind of underwhelmed with the home..

Our 7th (I think) family gathering in our incredible CO mtns. We have stayed in Granby, Dillion and Breckenridge. All beautiful locations. This home is probably at the bottom of the list. I had read a review a week or so before our stay there, which said it was a little tired and in need of a refurbishing. I would agree. It just needs a deep cleaning and "renewing". The large ice maker in the kitchen wasn't working because, as the light said "cleaning needed". There was a huge wad of black hair on the shower drain in our bathroom on our first use-which tells me the home wasn't cleaned very well. The windows are very much in need of cleaning--inside and out. The kitchen was loaded with a large quantity of plates, bowls, glasses, etc., which was nice, although we used paper plates almost exclusively. The downstairs "pool" room is small and has a cramped feeling to it. The hot tub worked well. There needs to be more towels in the home. Possibly they were somewhere we didn't look. All in all, rather disappointing compared to the other VRBO homes we've booked and all with siimilar bedroom numbers and nightly costs.

I was pleasantly surprised with this space. There were 12 in our party and there was plenty of space for everyone to practically have their own room! All of our teenagers stayed downstairs and that was perfect. They had a game room and all of their bedrooms down there so it was perfect. The kitchen has 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks and 3 ovens! I also liked how it had everything you needed to cook plus things left behind by other guests for cooking. We added to it but also replaced the things we used all of so the next guest would have it. The ice machine wasn’t working so we contacted management and man, they were on top of it! They couldn’t fix it doing our stay but provided us with as much ice as we needed which was awesome! My only complaint about this place was how hard the beds were in the bedrooms. All of the adults said the mattresses were crazy hard and very uncomfortable. None of us slept very good because of this and the pillows weren’t good either. So definitely bring your own pillow (I forgot and regretted it) and unless you like a super hard mattress, bring an egg crate foam or down comforter to cushion yourself because it was a rough week for sleep! It’s also crazy hot because there isn’t an A/C (only heater or open the window- which we did) so a portable fan would be awesome if you get hot at night. We visited in the summer so it was a little warm at times without an A/C. I was definitely impressed with this place though because I liked it more than I thought I would. The service was spectacular and we definitely had a great time! The gondola is super close and you can walk to it very easily. The downtown would be a pretty good walk though so we just drove down to Main Street and parked every day. There is a house next door to this that is very close. If you are in the hot tub, they can see you from the back of their house. We didn’t care but someone might want to know that if they think they will be secluded from other people.

Absolutely Fabulous. The house is amazing& the kitchen is well stocked. We used it for breakfast everyday & only cooked & grilled one night but it is a great family reunion or party house. We all loved it!!!
